The videos I upload are constantly rejected

Hello, the videos I upload are rejected for illegal content. However, I've checked the guidelines (https://www.amazon.com/b?node=88213481011) and can not see any violation.

• Sexually explicit or nudity*

• Hate speech*

• Graphic violence

• Gross images

• Spite

• Threats

• Self-harm threats

• Inciting illegal behavior

• Bad language*

• Phone number, addresses

• Promotional material

• Vote solicitation

I've tried to contact the support, but they can not tell me the exact problem in the video.

What can I do?

"Don't Tread on Me" again... infringement

I asked for Amazon's help the first time.

Amazon told me to change the product title. I can't. Amazon won't let me do that. Then they say something about Brands. These are generic products. Most of them hijacked by "Ever Pest" brand hijacker. Amazon told me that they help. They won't. They telling me to change the title that I can't because Amazon itself won't let me. I told them to change it. They won't.

If "Don't Tread On Me" is trademarked, then why not changing the trademark? Or why not letting me to change it?

I have a dozen more of the products with that title. Amazon doesn't let me change them, they don't change the title, but they hit my metrics for using that title. I don't want to use that. I want Amazon to change it. Or let me change it. But they don't allow me to do it and they don't do it.

All title should be changed to "Do Not Tread on me" instead of "Don't Tread on Me". Also, all false brands should be "Generic". But I can't change my own listings. I'm just getting punished for not changing them. I can't!

Just what should I do? This is literally mental abuse.

They have nothing to do with Nike or whatever, these are literally "Don't Tread on Me" historical patches. But I would change them, but Amazon won't let me and Amazon won't help either.

"or the ownership of a Brand" - But what brand? Also, why letting hijackers taking over all my listings? Why Amazon is helping hijackers? Why I have to defend my own listings and why hijackers don't have to prove that the listing/product is theirs?

I have nothing to do with Nike's trademark or the brand hijacker's brands. Amazon told me to change the title I can't. Amazon itself blocking me to do that. It's Amazon's fault, not mine. I'm getting mentally abused here.

I'm charged for $480 a year and I can't even get the most basic help, and instead of that I get mentally abused and Amazon is working against me. Why?

Charged $55,682.63 As "Other"???!

Hi,

We're looking for some insight from any Seller who has dealt with this.

There have been two charges on our account labelled as "Other", one for about 5k and another for 50k, totaling $55,682.63.

We sell only via Amazon FBA, and reading the forums on what can be classified as 'other', none of it fits - especially not for that massive lump sum of money.

I've contacted Amazon seller support, but it's been 2 weeks, and I haven't heard back from them since they "escalated it." I've followed up every few days to get an update, and there have been 0 updates. I've attached a screenshot of our support messages, all they've said it "We're escalating this and it's being reviewed".

It'd be greatly appreciated if anyone has any tips on what to do, or if the moderators can step in here.

My shipment THEFT levels at Amazon have reached new heights.

FBA18TYKV7BX is my 20th shipment to have suffered losses in 36 months, totaling at least 1059 units LOST/STOLEN, of which 10 shipments and over 700 units were stolen in the last 10 months alone.

It also takes 8-10 weeks to just receive product, this before I can address the theft and that is a 2-4 week process in of itself. So, I am looking at 2 1/2 to 3 months to get my product into inventory. That which doesn't get stolen, that is. This is just simply unbelievable.

Its getting worse as time progresses. What product eventually gets through is used for back orders, my PDP bounces back-n-forth on a daily basis from shipments taking up to 3 weeks, "1 or 5 left in stock" before quickly becoming "Currently Unavailable", or Unsearchable altogether. This has now become the cycle I am tied into and it is literally killing my business.

Of my last 2 shipments of 150 units each, 152 are missing/lost/stolen, its mind-boggling! As a result, I have ZERO inventory. I have 2 shipment totaling 500 unit en route as I write, but based on current experience, it will take 8-10 weeks before they are received and there is no guarantee that the quanity that makes it through will keep my PDP up for more than a week... and then the cycle starts again

There is an obvious pattern here. I continually reach out to support and get none. My tickets are either ignored entirely, responded with script generated responses that have absolutely nothing with my issue and concern. If I ever get the option to phone someone, I am either hung up on, transferred into oblivion, or told any number of stories about someone calling me back - who never, ever does.

The simple fact of the matter is it's self-evident that what is happening is bordering on criminal activity. This activity is apparently going on unchecked at Amazon facilities and transcends any internal policies by breaking the law

I AM DESPERATE - I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN AUTHORITY.

Amazon UK Account Deactivation Appeal Stuck in Review

Dear Amazon Representatives,

I am seeking assistance regarding my Amazon UK seller account deactivation appeal, which has been pending for over a week without any response.

Case Details:

My account was deactivated under Section 3 of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreementbecause I did not update my account information on time, making it invalid for payment processing verification.

However, my Amazon UK account has been inactive for years, as I have never used it or conducted any business in the UK or EU marketplaces.

My Amazon UK account was automatically created when I opened my Amazon US account, and I have never conducted business in the UK or EU markets. As a result, my Amazon US account was also affected and deactivated, despite it being the only marketplace where I conduct business.

I submitted my appeal on March 24, providing all the required documents to confirm my actual business location and country.At the time of submission, I was informed that the review process would take 1–2 days, but I have yet to receive any updates.

Could an Amazon representative please check the status of my appeal and confirm whether any additional information is required?

I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to proceed, as the lack of response is delaying my ability to resolve this issue.Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your assistance.

I'm trying to return to Amazon seller central after more than a decade. My dashboard has no warnings or issues associated. Account health shows green (200) and when I try to reactivate it takes me to the dashboard again. When I go to the help link, it gives me two options:

Submit an appeal or additional information to reactivate my account (loops to dashboard)

Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support (lets me send a message but instantly auto-replied to that's its not the proper channel for my request.

HOW THE HELL DO I REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?!?!

I have contacted Amazon time and time again. My product Is a natural dog shampoo, I have been told I need Approval to sell my product however my product does not fit the criteria any of the reasons for needing approval. I have gone around in circles and yes I am still setting with an inactive product. I am happy to request approval if that is what I need to do but I am unable to get to that page that lists the documentation that is required. I have also been instructed to contact Brand Remedy which I have done and waiting for a response. Any advice would be much appreciated.

The shipping label was purchased from Amazon. The package's first scan met the ship-by date.

The tracking number shows that the buyer refused the package upon delivery. Then, the shipment showed "Processing" and never came back to us. Two months later, the buyer filed an A-Z claim for "not received." The tracking still shows "the shipment is being processed."

Amazon has sided with the buyer and debited the amount from our account.

We believe this claim should be protected, and we should be reimbursed for this refund. @mods, please help review. Thank you.
