Amazon maintains strict control over which sellers can offer specific brands and products in certain categories. While the exact reasons for restrictions are often confidential, Amazon's primary goal is to:
* Ensure product authenticity
* Maintain safety standards
* Comply with local and regional regulations
If your application to sell certain brands is not approved, you have two options:
* Reapply at a later date (though approval is not guaranteed)
* Contact the brand owner directly to explore alternative reselling opportunities

Hi @Michelle_Amazon! If a brand owner wants Amazon to require a Letter of Authorization for resellers to sell their brand, how does the brand owner get that enforced?
If a reseller "applies" to sell a brand, who is responsible for approving the application - Amazon or the brand owner?
