Suppressed listings are products hidden from search and browse results due to incomplete or non-compliant product information. You can improve your customers’ shopping experience by ensuring complete product information. Products that don't meet these requirements become unsearchable, which directly affects your sales potential.

Core requirements for listings include images, category, titles, and price per unit (PPU). Character limits by category:

* Apparel, shoes, luggage: < 80 characters

* All other categories: < 130 characters

How to download the suppressed listings report:

1. In your seller account, click the Inventory tab, and select Manage All Inventory.

2. Select Search Suppressed and Inactive Listings.

Note: Search Suppressed and Inactive Listings is only available if you have suppressed and inactive listings to improve. If you do not have any suppressed or inactive listings, this option will not be visible.

1. On the Fix Your Products page, select Search Suppressed.

2. Select Download Suppressed Listings report to start the report download.

Identifying Suppressed Listings:

1. Inventory tab > Manage All Inventory.

2. Select Suppressed from horizontal menu. Note: This is only visible if suppressed listings exist.

Quick fix method:

* Use editable cells in Issue(s) column.

* Select from drop-down lists.

* Save changes directly.
