why can't AWD print 4x6 thermal labels?
This is pretty basic.
Once the west Coast Warehouses clean up some space from pre tarrif Chinese goods that are clogging up the works, we would like to send some more in.
Hello @Michelle_Amazon
As a handmade seller, I would like to continue your metaphor in regards to HANDMADE sellers experiencing the SEVERE drop in sales due to the "Reclassification Project" that was announced in July of 2023, that Amazon reports will take several years and has resulted in visibility and sales dropping to 50% or less of previous years.
Handmade sellers have worked hard since the opening of Handmade on October 8, 2015. We planted our seeds at Amazon, transplanted some stock from Etsy or Shopify. We tended our gardens lovingly with the care and concern that anyone would give to items they nurture with their own time and talents.
In the middle of 2023, Amazon came through our handmade garden with a large lawnmower cutting all the handmade items down to the ground. They are now hidden from view. Yes, the roots still remained, our listings still existed, but the searchability of handmade listings is gone. The "backend" information is gone.
Phase 2 of this gardening project was to bring in a backhoe to dig up all the carefully separated plants and dump them, into a large dump truck where they were deposited in one large pile with no separating categories. Amazon promised us that moving all the plants into one large pile would allow our handmade plants to be seen by more. They are now a pile of indistinguishable roots with no flowers or fruits to identify them and put in a compost pile to rot.
The handmade gardeners beg Amazon for help, but Amazon only tells them that they need to wait, and starve, while Amazon continues to repeat the illusion of this bright future that is several years away.
Hi Michelle! I've really been enjoying all the deals from the Amazon Spring Sale! For this season, I am most excited about seeing my garden bloom, as I love flowers and how their beauty adds to an outdoor space.
Dear Amazon Representative,
I noticed your response on this post and would really appreciate your help with my case as well.
Case Id : 17509028411
My A-to-Z Claim ID is 114-8521904-0688263 , Due to the A-to-Z claim, my Order Defect Rate (ODR) has increased, and I have lost the Buy Box, which is severely affecting my sales and account performance.
Whenever I raise a case regarding this issue, I only receive a bot-generated response stating, “We stand by our decision.” This automated reply does not address my genuine concerns or provide any resolution.
I request your kind support in reviewing my case personally, as the situation is causing significant disruption to my business.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Eclatique Rug
