Listings Lounge: Using Copy Listing Correctly 🖨
Hi there Sellers,
Glenn here with a super quick Listings Lounge on how best to use Copy Listing. From some of your posts, it looks like some may be trying to use Copy Listing to make an exact duplicate of an existing listing, maybe for different product qualities (like used vs New) however this isn’t the way that Copy Listing works.
Copy Listing allows you to create a brand new Detail Page/ASIN, but rather than starting from scratch, you can use information from an existing listing. This is useful if the product is only different in a few ways and shares a lot of common information. You can review the Copy Listing Help Page to see the best times to use this!
If you are just creating a duplicate listing of an existing product (to offer a different condition or Fulfillment Option) please use the Add one product at a time tool to match the existing ASIN. From there you can create your new offer! Hope this helps!
