I've waited for 2 months and still not getting any help.

Please assist me here and unlock the premium A+ for my account.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to assist in your A+ premium content issue. Thank you for including the case ID and I see that in your chat with support, they stated you do meet the criteria, but access is granted at a weekly and to wait. You acknowledged and ended the chat. Is there something additional you need?
Your Brand Story was accepted on 3/28 and per the A+ content help page, evaluation of access to premium A+ content is done weekly, here is a copy paste from the linked help page for ease:
I am guessing your Brand Story was approved after that weekly review. If you do not get access to Premium A+ by this Friday afternoon, I recommend opening a new case with Seller Support AND reference case ID 17518981031 - that you were informed you met the criteria on 4/1/25, your brand story was approved on 3/28, you had 5 approved A+ content approved prior to 3/28, but you still do not have access to premium A+. I also recommend to submit this via a Seller Support case creation rather than the chat function which would potentially allow Seller Support to route your case to the appropriate team quicker.
If you complete all of the above and still do not have your access by 4/11, please let me know here and provide that new Seller Support case.
