I'm trying to return to Amazon seller central after more than a decade. My dashboard has no warnings or issues associated. Account health shows green (200) and when I try to reactivate it takes me to the dashboard again. When I go to the help link, it gives me two options:
Submit an appeal or additional information to reactivate my account (loops to dashboard)
Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support (lets me send a message but instantly auto-replied to that's its not the proper channel for my request.
HOW THE HELL DO I REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?!?!
Since they are talking about an "appeal", most probably your seller account has been deactivated at the time.
Now you should find this very old email from Amazon, or maybe you will find it in seller central under "performance notifications" to see for what reason it was deactivated. In that email they describe what documents they were asking for years ago. But the chances are small, that you can provide these documents today. Probably they wanted some invoice.
If you don't find anything and if you can, click "Help" on top in seller central and create a case to ask further information about how to reactivate your account.

This sounds like you have been suspended for inactivity BUT it is unclear if that's the case.
As @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACnotes, if you were suspended for other reasons find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are/were asking for.
If ti is only for inactivity you need to send them everything needed to prove who you are, just like a new account!
If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.………….…
BUT, it’s a weekend and all the MODS are off partying 😁😁 so it may be early next week before you hear back! Actually, they are short staffed (on purpose) on weekends because Amazon doesn’t think anything bad happens then!
