Policy Violation Warning

We received a policy violation for misusing our own brand on our own ASIN.

We only sell our brand items via FBA service, and only in new condition. We have submitted documents and appealed multiple times and explained that it is our product and our brand but the violation is not removed yet.

Can anyone assist in this matter? Because I am not sure what more can be done from our side to remove this violation.

Wrong Brand Name on Products

Hi,

we had a case open but Support closed it: ID 16811122961

We are the brand owner of MIRADA, but someone listed our products (incl. EAN) mistakenly under a different Brand name, we provided all evidences, catalogue, website, etc. But still they claim change of the brand name will be misleading, while currently the product listings are advertised with a WRONG Brand Name.

Below the ASINs (incl. pictures showing clearly the correct brand name:

-ASIN B07SRT13VB, EAN 6291107920641

-ASIN B08KGGKNQX, EAN 6291107921419

-ASIN B07STVKCHD, EAN 6291107920214

As can be seen on the manufacturer website, these are products belong to the MIRADA brand (not EMPER).

How can this be resolved?

This is my first time trying to create a coupon but we are getting all our coupons suspended with the same error: Unsafe to advertise. This ASIN is identified as potentially embarrassing or offensive and cannot be added to a coupon. We have open case with Amazon support and still haven't received any help for our product with ASIN: B0DL7QLMBY which are Dog Treats and Snacks!

We’re updating our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) inventory reimbursement policy to help provide you greater transparency and more predictability in how reimbursements are calculated for items that are lost or damaged before a customer order. This will help drive a more consistent approach that works as we support sellers with supply chain services across their sales channels.

Effective March 10, 2025, we’ll reimburse you based on the product manufacturing cost of the affected inventory. To help provide you greater control and accuracy, you can choose how we determine the manufacturing cost for your products:

  • We’ll provide a manufacturing cost estimate for you. This estimate is based on a comprehensive evaluation of comparable products sold by Amazon, by other sellers, and through wholesale channels.
  • You can provide your manufacturing costs directly. If you don’t provide your own costs, we’ll automatically apply our estimate which you can change when you’re ready.

To help you prepare, you can view and manage manufacturing costs in the Inventory Defect and Reimbursement portal starting in late January using a new Manage Your Manufacturing Cost page.

We’re constantly refining our operations and processes to prevent products from being lost or damaged and having to be reimbursed. For cases where reimbursement is necessary, we’re focused on ensuring timely compensation. We now offer automatic reimbursements for items lost in our fulfillment centers, saving you time, and eliminating the need for you to submit a claim to receive reimbursement.

For items that are lost or damaged after a customer order in Amazon’s store, we’ll continue to reimburse you for the sales price on the original order minus applicable fees.

Hi,

I have a new product (a solar floodlight camera) and recently got a 4-star review. In the review, the buyer said that the floodlight does not turn on when activity is detected. I suspect that it is because the buyer did not switch the lighting mode from IR light (default option) to floodlight.

I found that there is no way to contact the buyer. This is FBA and the buyer has chosen to not receiving non-critical message so I cannot contact via the buyer-seller message in orders. The review is 4-star so I cannot reply to the review under Brand > Customer Reviews. I do have an email address in the User Manual but the buyer did not contact me via that email address.

I learned that Amazon used to allow replying to a review generally but disabled this a couple of years ago. But this seems to be a critical step in the buyer-seller communication loop.

Is there any other option that I can help buyer to resolve the issue via Amazon?

Order Refunded that Amazon Should not have refunded

I had a customer refunded an $168 food product order claiming damaged by Fedex. It arrived non-damaged as per photos by Fedex. The item is non-returnable so apparently they don't have to send it back to me?? And yet it is in good condition. And no fedex insurance was available on the shipping form. Amazon should reimburse me as the customer claimed a false thing and the item is non-returnable. I filed a Safe-T claim and was denied. I had it sent thru Amazon and was Safe-T Claim eligible. Why am I eating that cost when it's Amazon's fault?

I filed claim 17335-48939-9719251 yet it appears the pictures and replies are being ignored. The customer returned a fraudulent product. I took pictures of the the fake as well as what the actual product looks like and weighs compared to the fake yet my claim keeps getting denied. Would it be possible to get a Mod to look into this and help me to find what I'm missing and why it's getting denied?

Our account was recently deactivated for an item we NEVER SOURCED!

The item was listed by mistake by my VA and NEVER SOURCED or DELIEVERED to AMAZON FBA.

AMAZON is requiring an LOA for the item now.

this is absurd. Someone please get the attention of mods here! How am I suppose to provide LOA of an item i didnt source & mistakenly listed as FBA. It was deleted too!

Please help reinstate the account!

Credit card charges I can't figure out.

Every month my credit card is charged a few amounts that it attributes to Amazon. But these charges are never accompanied by an email or receipt or any type of notification. I can't find matching charges anywhere in my Amazon seller account. What am I missing?
