Hello Everyone,
I have Amazon US inventory that is stranded in Amazon Canada. I never listed on Amazon Canada, nor do I want to. I created cases many times (like 16497188701) to get rid of the process of US inventory being stranded in Amazon Canada. Despite all export and global selling disabled, I am frequently losing US inventory in Amazon Canada with disposal fees.
I contacted seller support multiple times to help me with stranded inventory in Amazon Canada; they always reply to me that for some reason US inventory is transferred to a Canadian warehouse and you have to create a list or a removal order. If Amazon sends my US inventory without my consent in Canada, why am I losing it with stranded or removal/disposal? It's Amazon's end problem to send it back to my US warehouse.
I clearly mentioned to seller support that,
Please don't advice me to create listing I clearly mention that I don't want to sell on Amazon Canada.
Please note that I can't make a removal order; I don't have a Canadian address.
but their replies are the same without knowing the actual problem.
If someone knows how to get rid of this, please let me know.
Thank you
Hi there @Seller_tmIhGizlui8a8
I've just taken a look into your account for the ASIN in question and can see that there are no stranded units at this point in time. Please let me know if you're seeing something different!
