I do not have the UL test report, and upon checking, the cost for obtaining it is around $50,000. I need assistance with this matter. I have already deleted the listing and do not intend to sell the product again since the brand cannot provide the UL certification and testing report. What steps can I take to resolve this issue?

I have an AWD Shipment that shows that was delivered on 10/14. It is now 11/4 and ZERO units have been received.

This was delivered well before the 10/19 cutoff date.... and I need these units!!!

I've contacted CS-- gotten me nowhere.

I've contacted AGL -- they're "investigating"

This shipment was delivered using amazon freight, AGL.

We purchased a Brand (vegan cookies and food) in 2023 through a broker. We are trying to set up brand registry but the USPTO # has already been submitted and used by the previous owner. We sent a "'contact the admin" email option, but we don't even know if this person still exists, or uses that email. There is no contact with him nor do we know where he is to get a hold of him.

We have 2 documents with USPTO as well as a transfer of ownership document. We also have packaged goods with the brand logo. Brand Registry rep declined us and doesn't give us very specific directions - just some assumptions.

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding a product category and potential rebranding to ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies. I currently sell a product designed to support gentle breathing habits, and it was recently flagged as restricted due to the way it was initially branded.

I’m considering updating the product name and description to better align with Amazon’s guidelines. For example, I’m thinking of using more general terms and avoiding any direct references to sensitive topics, even though similar products are still listed on Amazon.

Has anyone had experience with successfully rebranding a product like this? Are there any best practices or recommendations for updating the listing and packaging to make sure it aligns with Amazon’s compliance standards?

Three shipments lost in Shafter, CA DC - BLF2

We are in desperate need of assistance regardimng the Shafter, CA DC - BLF2. We have had 2 shipments closed with 0 items checked in and 1 shipment with 288 missing units (two boxes). We are not comfortable sending in more inventory to this DC, which is clearly either stealing product or inundated and unable to process in a timely manner. Every time we try to send in inventory to another DC. - no matter how we configure the shipment - it defaults to this Shafter DC. Our entire holiday is now affected by the missing inventory and our inability to send in more. The normal course of business where we open cases and supply paperwork/invoice to prove ownership will not help us in the short term. We will comply but this is a very serious situation that needs escalation beyond the case process. I have included case numbers for each missing shipment for reference regardless. Please, any help you can provide is greatly appreciated. Our main concern is sending in more inventory to somewhere outside of Shafter to try to salvage what we can of our holiday season. Thank you.

what is the policy for reimbursement of non-returnable food products??

I’m confused

If the product is non returnable why does Amazon give the customer a refund when it is clearly stated this product is non returnable. If the customer didn’t like to product it’s not the seller responsiblity. I need to be reimbursed

How can I say that my product is non refundable ? Unless damage where amazon will hold responsibility

Happy Halloween! In the spirit of the season, we would love to hear from our selling partners a list of some of your favorite Halloween movies (and other spooky merriments)—in no particular order.

What's your go-to Halloween movie to watch this time of year? Any classic Halloween movies you always rewatch? Which movies give you the most chills?

Aside from the classics which include The Shining, Exorcist, and Children of the Corn, I have really enjoyed Hereditary. The film follows a grieving family tormented by sinister occurrences after the death of their secretive grandmother. My next one would have to be Smile. It is chilling, unnerving, and very difficult to watch sometimes, hence making it a great Halloween movie.

22 years of selling on Amazon. Will we be suspended for things we cannot control?

We ship our packages using Amazon's Buy Shipping. We choose the shipping methods which Amazon's Buy Shipping says will meet the delivery promise. We are at 91.28 though because of the hurricanes which have devastated Florida and the southeast US. Yes, everything is open and operating. But there are random issues occurring, unpredictable events throughout USPS's network. And no, Amazon.. We cannot use your expensive methods to ship our mostly inexpensive items under $15 item. We cannot spend $20 to a ship a $15 item! Do the math!

Amazon, what is the point of dangling promised protection to us, telling us a shipping method will meet the customers' promised delivery dates, show us the green check marks and saying we are protected, only to then terrorize us with a threatened suspension for following your advice?? There is something so callous and twisted about this practice.

Ever call Account Health? I'm glad the Amazon associate found my panic humorous. Well, if nothing else he had a laugh at my expense. He said something to the effect of "well, you know how the higher ups can be. They will not change." Then he chuckled. Glad I made your day a little brighter. All it took to brighten your day is me panicking over the potential loss of my livelihood.

He told us to go on "vacation." What?????? Why????? Everything is open. Everything is running. There are just hiccups. Here in Florida. In Georgia. In Texas even. It is not as if the hurricane is bearing down on us. it has passed and everything is open. Go on vacation? What is wrong with you?

There is a sickness at Amazon. If there is God in heaven, look down and see the way Amazon treats us..

We have been using "Buy Amazon Shipping" service for all of our orders for a long time. However just 2 weeks ago, a buyer filed an A-Z claim as "item not received". The carrier UPS has the order delivered to the correct address. The first claim was denied to the buyer and the buyer filed the claim again with the same reason with a comment "received an empty box" then the claim was granted to the buyer. We messaged the buyer before the first claim was filed and was told that the box delivered torn and damaged. We tried appealed the decision and got the answer from Amazon saying "Although we understand your position, we stand by our decision." We would like to have some clear understanding of this "Buy Amazon Shipping" claim protection policy. Thank you for all your help in advance.
