URGENT : Identity Verification - Delay - Activated - Deactivated

I got a notification on 1st April that there is a critical policy violation of identity verification. I immediately responded to the request and provided the live scan of document and face as they requested. The account got temporarily deactivated on 4th April because the verification was still in process. The Account Health Support said that just wait for 5 to 7 business days. Yesterday on 9th April we received a notification that my account has been activated as verification process has been completed. But after almost 50 minutes I again received a notification that my account has been deactivated due to failed verification on a video call, a video call that had never happened or Amazon didn't asked or invited. Please i need a help regarding this critical matter.
