Otp service not working

i can’t login into my account since Friday due to otp service not working, i have submitted for account recovery also i have open a ticket in amazon support but haven’t received any answer yet, can anyone help with this issue? @Micah_Amazon

Once you get this resolved I would suggest downloading and using the Google Authenticator app. This way you don't have to rely on an OTP being sent from Amazon. Just google how to set it up. Simple and easy. There are even Chrome extensions for the Authenticator as well.
