Bulk Shipping FBM on Orders

Hi

When i try to get bulk labels for my FBM orders i receive this message here, i will copy/paste. *Your carrier selections do not support common label formats. Print the labels in separate batches or select a single carrier. The label orientation you selected is no longer supported by all the shipping services you've chosen. Choose a new label orientation, change a shipping service, or remove an order from your list to purchase labels*.

Now i have to print all my labels one by one, instead via bulk shipping tool, can anyone kindly tell me how i can get my bulk tool please, i appreciate any help.

thanks

Hi @Seller_YTc81ZVUMWZfU,

Looking at the help page Buy shipping in bulk, I think I can explain what's happening. In the FAQ section, it mentions that different carriers support different label formats. When using multiple carriers in one batch, they need to share at least one compatible label orientation - otherwise, you'll get exactly the error message you're seeing.

Here's what you could try:

First, see if selecting a different label orientation works for all your chosen shipping services. If that's not possible, you might need to process your labels in separate batches grouped by carrier, or adjust your shipping service selections to ones that share compatible formats.

The help page confirms you can definitely use multiple carriers in one batch (up to 100 labels), but they just need to have that common label format. You'll also want to make sure all orders in your batch share the same ship-from location and ship date.

For all the nitty-gritty details, check out the step-by-step instructions under "To buy labels using Buy Shipping in bulk" on that help page I linked above.

Hope this helps.

Best regards, Michael
