We submitted all required documents promptly and our inventory is fully prepared for shipment, but the delay in certification approval is now impacting our launch timeline and operational plans.
We’ve proactively double-checked all submissions (including test reports ) and confirmed alignment with CPSC guidelines. This delay is causing significant logistical challenges, and we’d be incredibly grateful for any support to resolve this swiftly.

Please be advised that it could take up to 15 business days for your request to be processed by the team. I would recommend allowing the time up to May 5, 2025 for the requests to update. If you see that the request exceeds this time, let me know and I'll look into seeing what options exist for escalation.
