Inventory Marked as Defective upon received
I send my inventory to FBA warehouse and they arrived on the 19th of March. Some how one of my ASIN are marked as defective upon arrived.
I understand that there would be damage during delivery to the FBA warehouse but ENTIRE ASIN unit are marked as defective???
This got to be some mistake. I try seller support and there nothing that they could do. Does anyone have any method of solving this?
Would appreciate if y'all could provide information on this

Is it possible that you sell a well known brand without "Letter of Authorization" from the brand owner? Such items do often go to defective and will be destroyed by Amazon. I hope you have another issue.
