The compliance review is sooooooo slow！！！
Since Amazon introduced a new regulation that requires compliance review before new links can be launched. The review process has become extremely slow, and our CPC and test reports have been submitted for nearly 3 months without being processed. This is a heavy blow to toy sellers like us. We may have to give up launching new products in 2025, and I'm not sure if all links will be frozen for such a long time, causing a large amount of our goods to be piled up in the warehouse and unable to be shipped.

I went through the same thing, and they demanded a new lab test. You know how costly they are and how much time they can take.
We gave them everything they asked for, and they came up with more, new requirements after rejecting our test. Furthermore, they claim it's not an approved lab, which is not true. It's on the US government website. Our manufacturer uses this lab to test major brands in the US.
These rules and the lack of transparency has forced us to sell our products on different platforms.
This after nearly 30 years on Amazon.
