Problem: I uploaded an inventory file for the US marketplace and Amazon sent back an error summary (which is an Excel file in .xlsm format) saying there was an error because my product variation uses the term "color" but Amazon is now only accepting the British spelling of "colour".
I regretfully opened a seller support case for this idiocy.
Support asked me for my batch file number - I provided it. 178625020026
Support then said they could not find the batch file, so they asked me to upload Amazon's own file summary showing the error.
But when trying to upload Amazon's own .xlsm file I get an error message that support does not support that file format.
So I email it to seller support using the email address they use - and get the message it cannot accept incoming email.
Sigh.
So maybe a moderator can figure this out ...
1 - Fix Amazon error that product variations based on "color" to the US Marketplace are invalid and we now need to know British spelling of "colour" and who knows what else some well-meaning idiot changed.
2 - Figure out why support cannot find inventory batch files
3- Fix why support cannot receive a file they request - either via upload or email.
