Subscription Box and Club Program Ending
Effective October 11th, 2024, Amazon is no longer selling Subscription Boxes and Subscriptions Clubs.
This program should not be confused with Subscribe and Save (which is an entirely different program you can learn more about here).
Sellers using the Subscription Box program were notified on October 10th, 2024 and their respective customers were notified on October 11th, 2024.
At Amazon we regularly evaluate our offerings and make improvements to better serve you and our customers. As a result, the team has made the decision to end the program. They will continue to support deliveries to existing subscribers as well as provide order support until December 31, 2024.
Starting October 11, 2024 customers will no longer be able to subscribe to NEW subscription box and club offerings. Customers will continue to receive their existing subscriptions through December 31, 2024 unless they cancel their subscription, skip it, OR if the sellers request to end their subscription listings before the deprecation date (December 31st, 2024).

Are we able to reach out to these customers to tell them that they can subscribe on our own sites?

Hi, our customers still show as active, but did not renew this month. We realize this will end on December 31st, but they should have still renewed/reordered for November and December correct?
