🔍 Key Details:

The Brand Registry partner team has been listening to feedback from our sellers and understand that the image guidelines for Brand Registry applications can be challenging to navigate. Because of this, they have updated the Brand Registry Application Guide, a step-by-step guideline that details the enrollment process through self-service registration, to include a new section on product image guidelines.

Post all your questions below! Our partner team will be reviewing the questions that come in throughout the day (as well as those submitted in advance), and we’ll do our best to respond as soon as possible during the day of the event. For this specific event, here’s a list of sample questions you can ask the Brand Registry team:

  • How many photos do have to submit during the Brand Registry application process?
  • I don’t have the product yet with my brand name, could I use a computer generated image for the application?

Given the global nature of these guidelines, we're hosting Ask Amazon events across multiple regions. In addition to this US event, sessions will also be held in the following countries:

I got deactivated due to counterfeit units like 7-8 months ago, i provided a valid invoice that met Amazon requirements. Went back and forth with like 20 different Amazon health support “specialists”…. lol it’s a joke this company goes after small business owners and just freezes there accounts and claim it’s counterfeit.

If it’s counterfeit, then why did I get ungated to sell the project the first time with the same invoice I submitted…

What this company is really doing is going after small business owners and slapping them with this section 9 and freezing all inventory and sales. Then they charge you storage fees to milk all the cash in your account and then they start charging your credit card. Literally biggest scam ever.

I am still getting charged but I canceled my credit card so I keep getting emails about this. Has anyone encountered or know how to get rid of my inventory, as this point i just want to end this bs.

Need Help: Amazon Brand Registry Rejection

We’re currently facing a frustrating issue with the Amazon Brand Registry process and are hoping someone here can share some insights or guidance.

We’ve submitted three applications, and all of them have been rejected with the same reason:

> “Product images appear to be computer-generated.”

However, we made sure none of our photos were computer-generated. In fact, we paid for professional printing services to permanently print our brand name on the product — just to comply with Amazon’s exact guidelines.

We're stuck and genuinely confused. The most frustrating part is that we cannot proceed with launching our first product due to this reason.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? How did you resolve it?

Any help or direction would be *greatly appreciated*! 🙏

Just over a month ago, one of my child ASINs was removed claiming that it needed compliance documents for a battery. The product doesn't use batteries, so I appealed and it got accepted the next day. However, all remaining inventory was marked as defective. I tried working with Seller Support for weeks to get the items moved back to available, and they said there was nothing that they could do. I ended up doing a removal order and sent a restock shipment.

Once that restock arrived, the items were available for a few days but then got marked as defective again even though the listing is still active and has not had another compliance issue.

I know a lot of other sellers have had this problem before, but does it usually happen again with no new compliance issues? Is the listing glitched now and all inventory I send in will always become defective? We do quality control on all units, so I know the items are not actually defective.

Please let me know if any way to fix this has been discovered!

P.S. This only happens for that specific child ASIN and no other child ASINs under the same Parent have any issues...

Seller protection not working for replacements

Customer claimed he received a damaged product. Amazon issued a return label to customer and told me to send a no-charge replacement, which I did. Now 55 days later, customer has not returned the original item.

According to Amazon's own replacement policy, "you’re eligible for an automatic reimbursement if the buyer fails to return the original item to the carrier within 30 days of the replacement order being sent." On the Amazon Manage Returns page for this order it shows the return as "Package left the shipper facility" which is untrue. Tracking at the carrier's wesbsite says "UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet" -- after 55 days.

Trying to file a SAFE-T claim, I get this message: "This order is not eligible for a SAFE-T claim because the original item is in transit. Please contact the carrier directly if you want to file a claim for the shipment."

Amazon forum monitors, please help. Thank you.

We're encountering some unusual tracking issues with our FBM orders and would appreciate some community insight. We're shipping our syrups FBM, ensuring proper labeling and packing slips. However, we've noticed some concerning tracking updates:

One order has been stuck in transit for 7+ days with no updates.

Another order shows "undeliverable" and "returning to sender due to damage" but also has an "out for delivery" status on the same day.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues? What steps do you recommend we take to resolve these situations and prevent them in the future? Any advice on best practices for handling these scenarios to maintain customer satisfaction and avoid negative impacts on our account health would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I keep getting hung up on when transferred to a Supervisor. I printed 2 labels today (probably more) that the delivery/transit time is WRONG. I am shipping on time and buy shipping has delivery as April 10 BUT if you type in my info and the customers info in the USPS website, the delivery date is April 11th. Buy shipping is absolutely incorrect. Not my first post about this.

I can provide order numbers and buy shipping tracking numbers if you need. My OTDR has plummeted since Amazon's Buy Shipping does not match the actual delivery dates that USPS provides. Can we fix these inconsistent delivery dates to reflect what USPS has, please?!!

Hello,

We were asked to provide compliance documents for this ASIN that we sell B078SN2ZHK but we cannot submit the new lab request even though Eurofins has completed testing for us and is now ready to submit the COA. However, since the lab testing has the "cancelled" status (we were not sure initially with who to test and hence cancelled but now cannot submit another test request), Eurofins cannot submit the document on their end. They told us that we need to submit the new TR, but we cannot. Can someone from Amazon Support team, please, look into this issue. The ticket ID is 17537710351.
