Fulfilling Orders
We're encountering some unusual tracking issues with our FBM orders and would appreciate some community insight. We're shipping our syrups FBM, ensuring proper labeling and packing slips. However, we've noticed some concerning tracking updates:
One order has been stuck in transit for 7+ days with no updates.
Another order shows "undeliverable" and "returning to sender due to damage" but also has an "out for delivery" status on the same day.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues? What steps do you recommend we take to resolve these situations and prevent them in the future? Any advice on best practices for handling these scenarios to maintain customer satisfaction and avoid negative impacts on our account health would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
