I am a brand-registered seller on Amazon.com operating under the brand The Best Diet. I recently listed a new product (ASIN: B0F3NV14X2, SKU: AWER556, Condition: New) via my seller account RETAILXPRESS.
After successfully creating the listing, it was immediately inactivated with the following system messages:
“We are not accepting applications to sell: Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s).”
“We are not accepting applications to sell: Other Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s).”
To clarify:
• The product is listed in New condition and our own brand "The Best Diet" is already registered on Amazon by our seller account
Request:
Kindly activate the listing (ASIN: B0F3NV14X2) as the product is fully compliant and listed in the correct condition.

What steps have you taken already?
I opened a Case ID 17536219661 but amazon support was of no help and gave no solution, only told me to keep trying periodically and I am losing money every day while being registered brand owner. Please help ! I have found other brand registered sellers getting their listings activated by posting here.
