My claim was denied, counted against metrics, and I was told to file a claim with FedEx directly. I provided all the evidence that I shipped on time, and my package shows as still on the way (lost as it has been a long time). I cannot file directly because I used Amazon buy shipping. This is not the first package that has been denied. All FedEx tracking doesn't show tracking history through Amazon, but it does it on their website. This seems to be the excuse to deny the cases in the first place. Please, I need help with this. We are a small business and losing money with these unjust denials.

Our search for a solution for our merchant account, which has been closed for about 1.5 months, has not yielded any results. Although we have continuously made support requests and submitted the necessary documents, no concrete solution has been provided.

The answers provided by customer service are inadequate and the tools in the Account Health section do not meet our expectations. This reinforces our impression of Amazon's tendency to confiscate money.

As sellers who do business in a completely honest and above-board manner, we are not involved in selling counterfeit products or fraudulent activities. However, the disruptions and inconsistent practices experienced by sellers in similar situations suggest that the process is unfair. We have heard of examples such as 42 different actions needed to be taken to open some accounts, while our account remains closed.

While our account is closed, our funds are blocked, our customer communications are disrupted and our business is seriously damaged. Our phone calls and efforts to open the case are fruitless. This process disrupts our business and leads to long-term victimization.

We support Amazon's sensitivity in ensuring customer safety. However, the lack of concrete and effective solutions to the problems faced by sellers in the current process is unacceptable.

In line with all the documents and applications submitted by us, we expect real, effective and solution-oriented support to reopen our account. We request your sensitivity and understanding on this matter.

So I was told a few days ago support team that it was a problem with my documents for my Identity verification and I need to re submit them. But now every time I get to the IDENTITY Verification page it’s getting my a red message error saying “ something went wrong, Please try again later “ and it’s not allowing me to to re submit and document or make any changes to my verification form. I informed the team with a case email and they responded with the same email telling me It was a problem with with my verification process and I need to re submit my documents with instructions on how to do it. I know how to do it the page isn’t Allowing me because of that error message so I gave the support team a call we was on the phone over an hour doing every troubleshooting method they told me trying different web browsers, clearing my cache and data, even tried different devices the same error message every time so the representative unable to fix the problem they created a support ticket sending it to the department that can help, they department replied with a email saying the exact same thing saying it was a problem with my verification process and I need to re submit my documents with instructions on how to do so. I replied telling them I’m well aware I need to re do the verification form and how to do it the page is not allowing me because of the error and they replied saying “We have received your inquiry, but we cannot provide support on this matter. ”. Can you please help me with this issue I don’t wanna lose my account in the emails they replied they also stated that if I don’t re submit my Identity verification request in 10 days my account will be deactivated. I am extremely frustrated with the handling of my Missing Items from Inbound case. After a three-month wait, I was asked to resubmit documentation that I had already provided – over 20 pages for multiple ASINs.

To my dismay, the response I received was a generic, dismissive message stating that my claim didn't meet their requirements and that the case was closed. They offered no specific information about what requirements were not met.

This is unacceptable. I am willing to provide any additional documentation needed for specific ASINs, but I expect reimbursement for those ASINs where I have already submitted the requested documentation.

One glaring example: I shipped a box containing 34 units of one ASIN. They initially marked it as 0 received, only to later find 1 unit in their warehouse. This demonstrates a clear lack of accountability and inventory control.

I'm now left wondering if my 'missing' inventory will mysteriously reappear on WOOT, since it seems they have trouble accurately tracking items.

This situation has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. I need this issue escalated immediately.
