I’m considering using Amazon’s Remote Fulfillment program to expand into Canada and Mexico, but I’d love to hear from those who have already taken the plunge.
If you’ve used Remote Fulfillment in these marketplaces, how has your experience been in terms of:
1. Sales performance – Are the sales volumes worth the effort?
2. Return rates – Have you noticed higher/lower return rates compared to the U.S.?
3. Customer feedback – Have you seen any major differences in customer expectations or product reviews?
Any insights, advice, or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences.

As you await other Seller experiences on Remote Fulfillment, the Remote Fulfillment with FBA help page provides some great insights on fees, product eligibility, stranded inventory, and FBA customer returns policy.
Please note that starting March 25, 2025, we’ll provide you with credits to cover return fees for items that are sold and returned through Remote Fulfillment with FBA in the Mexico and Brazil stores!
