So I was told a few days ago support team that it was a problem with my documents for my Identity verification and I need to re submit them. But now every time I get to the IDENTITY Verification page it’s getting my a red message error saying “ something went wrong, Please try again later “ and it’s not allowing me to to re submit and document or make any changes to my verification form. I informed the team with a case email and they responded with the same email telling me It was a problem with with my verification process and I need to re submit my documents with instructions on how to do it. I know how to do it the page isn’t Allowing me because of that error message so I gave the support team a call we was on the phone over an hour doing every troubleshooting method they told me trying different web browsers, clearing my cache and data, even tried different devices the same error message every time so the representative unable to fix the problem they created a support ticket sending it to the department that can help, they department replied with a email saying the exact same thing saying it was a problem with my verification process and I need to re submit my documents with instructions on how to do so. I replied telling them I’m well aware I need to re do the verification form and how to do it the page is not allowing me because of the error and they replied saying “We have received your inquiry, but we cannot provide support on this matter. ”. Can you please help me with this issue I don’t wanna lose my account in the emails they replied they also stated that if I don’t re submit my Identity verification request in 10 days my account will be deactivated. Please help
