New Seller That Cant List Anything

Hello,

It's been about 3-4 days now and I can't list anything for sale. I keep getting the error:

"Problem with your Seller Account. You’re currently unable to add or edit listings because either the credit or debit card on file is invalid or it is in the process of validating, which could take up to 24 hours. Ensure that you have a valid credit or debit card uploaded in Account Settings."

I've added 2 different valid cards, and yes I've verified that the details are correct. I do not have an invalid charge method warning, and it's been about 4 days now and I'm still having the same issue. I did open a case but now I'm starting to wonder if I will get the proper help to fix the issue. Case ID 17046796641

Can any mods help me with this? I saw that mods on the forums can be helpful, hopefully someone can help me resolve this issue.

UPS SUREPOST IS NO LONGER?

According to news outlets, the contract between UPS and USPS for Sure Post ended 12/31/24 -- seems to be a lot of confusion in the masses of what is going on -- maybe I'm missing an Amazon announcement of the change? From what I understand, UPS is stuck with all the Sure Post in transit and now in process of being returned to UPS for them to do last leg.. anything from Amazon on this?

What On Earth Goes On Here??

Yesterday, I list a CD that should have some interest due to the recent passing of David Lynch. So, today I find another copy and go to list that as well. Now, mysteriously, the product page & ASIN I listed with, yesterday, is no longer visible in any search of the title. All that appears in a search are 4 other product pages of the same CD with different ASIN's. How and why does this happen? Does this explain why sales seem to completely shut down, periodically? It's like this constantly revolving and changing catalog on this site. You list inventory and it's probably not even appearing to customers when they search the catalog.

Want to ask regarding the shipping plan, I have a small product. 1 master carton/box, has 12 inner cartons and 1 inner carton contains 30 units/pcs. so 12x30=360 units per master carton. then when I tried to save it 1 error popped up, the quantity you entered exceeds the accepted limit. Master carton dimension 16.73x13.39x12.68inch, total weight 48.5lbs

Tracking label for children's products

Dear Seller Forum,

I am urgently reaching out regarding an ongoing compliance issue that has escalated unexpectedly. After months of trying to resolve the issue with Amazon, I have now received an email saying that my product, which is currently blocked by the compliance team, will be disposed of.

Here’s a brief summary of the situation:

The product was blocked due to a compliance issue with the tracking label.

The compliance concerns were:

Tracking label images on the physical product (which I have provided).

The manufacturer or distributor address, which Amazon claims must be U.S.-based.

I have already submitted all required documentation, including images showing the tracking label, and proof that the Australian address complies with CPSC website: cpsc.gov/Business--Manufacturing/Business-Education/tracking-label.

Despite this, I have now been informed that the product will be disposed of, even though it is fully stocked at Amazon’s warehouse.

I’m at a loss for how to prevent this from happening. If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has advice on how to stop the disposal and resolve the compliance block, I would greatly appreciate your help.

Time and time again we, as sellers, feel unheard. We often encounter customers who say, "I received my order; the box was intact, but the product was damaged." Really? How is that possible when it’s powder that I hand-packed myself? As a result, the customer ends up with both the product and a refund. It's frustrating because you just can't win in this situation. Then, the seller has to prove to Amazon that the product wasn't damaged in transit. What are the chances of a seller intentionally shipping damaged products? Slim to none. Every year, the same scammers come back, trying to take advantage so they can keep the products they didn’t return and sell them themselves, in my opinion, thieves.

Listings are not showing under other sellers

Hello,

For all of the listings in my inventory, I can not see the listing on the item's "Other Used and New" page. Each of the items are books. The statuses are all active, and the listings were created at various points within the past year. My account health is good. Is this a bug, or could my listings be suppressed somehow?

An example is SKU QS-KWXG-WB3U. Active in my inventory since August 2024 with a price of $119.99. There are 21 copies of this book for sale under "Other Options", but mine is not one of them.

I got a counterfeit complaint from a single customer on a product I am selling that is 100% authentic. I got this product direct from Sam's Club, which is a 16.5 billion company operated and owned by Walmart in the United States. They are Costco's competitors, I am sure majority of Americans knows who they are and that they do not sell counterfeit goods... I submitted the official invoice/receipt, including the the e-mail version, with delivery confirmations and tracking as well as a credit card charge statement of that exact charge, with supporting screen shots from their official site and it is still getting rejected by who ever is reviewing my documents. I am not sure why it keeps getting rejected unless its someone that is overseas that handles these type of cases that doesn't know what Sam's Club is... If that is true, then I do not know why Amazon is outsourcing people to handle these type of cases. Accusing someone of selling counterfeit goods isn't a small thing, and to have people who doesn't know the American market is pretty unfair. I've provided more than enough proof and documentation that proves that I got this product form Sam's Club direct. I also think its pretty unfair it just takes 1 uneducated customer's complaint to get me kicked off an ASIN and get a policy violation.. The only reason I think the customer thinks its not authentic is the original manufacturer updated their packaging just a little, but products get packaging updates all the time..

If anyone had experience with fixing this please let me know.. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. I actually just finishing fighting off a section 3 back in December and proved all my products are authentic and now I have to deal with this.. I am an small American based business that gets my goods from major known retailers/distributors in the United States so the chances of my goods being counterfeit is next to none..

Please shut down TMB8!!!

Shipment sent to this place was marked as "Delivered" and nothing more. Is there anybody alive? Why it takes months before they receive our inventory? If this cannot be changed, please close this warehouse center. The only job for them is to pull sellers' legs. Every shipment sent to this place was stuck for at least 2 weeks and sometimes 2 months.
