We've been listening to feedback from our sellers, and we understand for some, the image guidelines for Brand Registry applications can be challenging to navigate.

We listened and actioned!

We updated the Brand Registry Application Guide, a step-by-step guideline that details the enrollment process through self-service registration, to include a new section on product image guidelines. (Located on page 6 through 7)

We are also going to host a Ask Amazon event on image guideline so sellers have the opportunity to connect directly with our Brand team experts if there are questions. More information to come on this event soon!

Cannot access brand registry brand

We are an authorized brand partner and ambassador of a brand that is currently on Amazon. The employee who registered the brand on Amazon no longer works at the company and now we can't access the seller central or brand registry page. Please help me recover the account. I'm happy to provide all necessary documentation. Please help as the brand now has been left unattended and nothing can be updated.

the item was delivered yesterday to the buyer. today they called Amazon and told them it wasn't delivered. you guys just refunded them the whole amount. and once again, reminder, the package was delivered yesterday, april 3rd.

The shipping label was purchased from Amazon. The package's first scan met the ship-by date.

The tracking number shows that the buyer refused the package upon delivery. Then, the shipment showed "Processing" and never came back to us. Two months later, the buyer filed an A-Z claim for "not received." The tracking still shows "the shipment is being processed."

Amazon has sided with the buyer and debited the amount from our account.

We believe this claim should be protected, and we should be reimbursed for this refund. @mods, please help review. Thank you.

AWD Receiving Time

How long does it take AWD to receive inventory? We are trying to launch our product, and seven pallets are sitting there. All we see is this message:

The carrier has delivered some inventory for this shipment through 1 appointments at the AWD site. Please note that it may take some time for the inventory to be processed due to high demand. The exact quantity delivered will be confirmed once it is fully received into AWD.

We have confirmation the product was delivered to AWD on March 25. How long does it take to check in? We are stuck waiting and cannot move to FBA and launch. Any way we can help remedy this situation?

Apply to Sell Brand Denied

Hi,

My application for my brand registration is currently pending, but I went ahead and starting creating my product listing. However, it told me that I have to fill out an application to sell the product given that it is branded (my brand). I completed the application but it was denied because the UPC wasn't associated with the brand.

I bought the UPC earlier that day from GS1 so maybe it was still too new? I'm not sure what to do now because I tried to reapply but it was flagged as a duplicate and auto rejected.

Really need help in the reimbursement for FBA order ID's that were damaged during transit. Seller support keep copying and past the same thing that the item is non-returnable and not eligible for reimbursement, but this is incorrect and inconsistent with Amazon's policies and guidelines: "........., the items have been identified as non-returnable due to potential safety risk as an ingestible product. Amazon will not reimburse sellers for items that cannot be returned, unless the item is non-returnable due to a reason for which Amazon takes responsibility." Obviously, in our cases, this is Amazon's responsibility for damaged during transit, and Amazon has to reimburse to the seller.

Please help.

Eligibility Criteria for Amazon Promotional Credits?

Could anyone clarify the criteria for being eligible for Amazon promotional credits?

Since the end of last year, I’ve launched more than 10 new products on Amazon and invested over $2,000 in Vine reviews. Recently, I reached out to Amazon Advertising Support regarding promotional credits, but I was informed that I’m not eligible.

However, I’ve come across articles suggesting that Amazon supports new product promotions, especially when products receive positive customer feedback through Vine reviews. My products currently hold an average rating of 4.5 stars.

Does anyone have insights into specific programs or eligibility requirements for promotional credits? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

USPS Postal Service Slowdown

Hi @Seller_RSwABJNHpHnEZ,

I don't know if you are aware but USPS has initiated a deliberate slowdown of their services for a very large majority of package recipients starting today. This is an even greater issue for the many post offices that refuse to scan individual packages but rather will only scan SCAN Forms such as my local post office. Part of the adopted plan also eliminates transiting packages on Saturdays. That has a massive impact not only of delivery speeds but also combined with the no end of day package pickups at the vast majority of local post offices.

This is marketed under the article entitled "USPS Is Enhancing Service Standards" on the USPS website.

"Allowing flexibility in regional transportation schedules, which may extend service expectations by one day for mail collected at certain Post Offices, while overall improving delivery speeds for mail and packages between regions."

That quoted text means that unless your local post office is within 50 miles of a regional center (most of the country is not); those packages will not be picked up until the following business day in the morning. This is an absolute nightmare scenario when sellers are stuck in the situation like us who are in a postal area where the post office refuses to scan individual packages. We lose all types of Amazon shipping protections at this point.

How does Amazon plan to address these changes made by this carrier?
