About 7 months ago, I listed a new product on my Amazon US account. Shortly after, my account was deactivated. Since then, I have called numerous times, had video calls, and opened multiple support cases. Despite all my efforts, I have received no positive outcome. Here's a summary of what I've gone through:
Case Responses:
Even though I provided the NDC code several times, the system kept requesting the same document again and again. Despite sending it repeatedly, I received the same automated reply each time.
In some responses, I was told that the issue could not be resolved in that department and that I should continue with the "Account Deactivation" team.
Phone Calls:
For the first few months, I was asked to provide various documents, which I did each time. However, the requirements kept changing.
In the following 10 or so phone calls, I was told there were no remaining obstacles to reactivating my account. Yet, still—no progress was made.
Video Calls:
I had two video verification calls. In both, I was told I had submitted too many documents and that it would be better to simplify and reopen a case through the "Account Reactivation" department. I did exactly that, only to receive the same negative response within 15 minutes.
Responses from the Account Deactivation Team:
In the beginning, I was asked for a series of documents, all of which I provided. But after each submission, I was asked for yet another new document.
Later, my messages started receiving delayed responses—always negative.
Eventually, I began receiving the same automated response within 15 minutes, regardless of what I sent.
Additional Information:
The last document I submitted was via "Submit New Information" on March 23. I’m still waiting for a response.
I have emailed every Amazon contact address I could find online, but received no reply.
I even emailed Jeff Bezos himself (surprise: no response).
I haven’t made a single sale from the listed product, and yet Amazon has withheld funds from other marketplaces totaling tens of thousands of dollars—and refuses to release them.
At this point, I honestly have no idea how to move forward. I'm exhausted from dealing with Amazon instead of focusing on running my business.
