I am urgently reaching out regarding an ongoing compliance issue that has escalated unexpectedly. After months of trying to resolve the issue with Amazon, I have now received an email saying that my product, which is currently blocked by the compliance team, will be disposed of.
Here’s a brief summary of the situation:
The product was blocked due to a compliance issue with the tracking label.
The compliance concerns were:
Tracking label images on the physical product (which I have provided).
The manufacturer or distributor address, which Amazon claims must be U.S.-based.
I have already submitted all required documentation, including images showing the tracking label, and proof that the Australian address complies with CPSC website: cpsc.gov/Business--Manufacturing/Business-Education/tracking-label.
Despite this, I have now been informed that the product will be disposed of, even though it is fully stocked at Amazon’s warehouse.
I’m at a loss for how to prevent this from happening. If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has advice on how to stop the disposal and resolve the compliance block, I would greatly appreciate your help.
