Read onlyIn the last 3 or 4 days, I've seen a handful of orders that have UPS as the delivery service, with USPS as an "unavailable" shipping option. The UPS option is 25-50% higher. But if I go to my USPS click and ship account, I can generate a USPS label just fine - except I then lose delivery protection. This seems to be a recent phenomenon. Anyone else seeing this? Is Amazon nudging people to UPS?
Hello @Seller_ElNLVxVohDOit
Thank you for reporting issues selecting USPS services.
Can you be more specific about USPS being an "unavailable" shipping option? Is it not selectable at all, available but not claims-protected, or is it causing an error?

yes that has happened to me several times in the past few weeks - but I also check my reports about On Time delivery - and I noticed right away that packages that I shipped on time - but were not received by estimated dates are always USPS packages. I think Amazon is losing faith in USPS delivery promises...I have been selling online since 2005 - and the USPS service has been noticeably worse in the past several years
@Seller_ElNLVxVohDOit@KJ_AmazonThis has been happening to me for over 45 days. I have had case 17250678901 open since 2/20/25. Only feedback I get is that the internal team is looking into it. Has already cost me thousands.
Who knows why this happens, but it usually corrects itself.
If you can't wait, go to pirateship dot com. Insure it since you give up some seller protections==but Ground Advantage includes 100 dollars.
