Hello All!

Has anyone else seen sales dramatically fall since getting into FBA? I am the manufacturer. I have all of my products listed as both FBM as well as FBA. The problem I am seeing is that all of my FBM sales have completely stopped! It seems like Amazon is only pushing my FBA products. I use to have 20-30 FBM orders a day. Now I am lucky if there is one. My account is in perfect standing and is 100% healthy. What gives? Anyone else seeing this happening? Besides removing my products from FBA, is there anything else I can do to increase my FBM orders? FBA takes WAY too much money and seriously cuts into the bottom line!

Anyone here who has experience the same issue?

Over the weekend, we have been receiving FBM orders even having FBA in the "Manage Inventory". Given that the listing might has been saved as FBM before, but at the time or the orders came in, they we're in FBA

I contact seller support and advised that there might me a number "Quantity" hence the listing was put to FBM automatically. I was advised to upload the Price & Quantity, and put "Default" to know that I am updating the Quantity for FBM. I tried it but still to this day I am receiving FBM orders
