Well @Seller_EkbLZUYSpmJEy, you are in luck as we are happy to announce the launch of the new “Follow Discussion” feature on Seller Forums, so our sellers will never miss an update on the conversations that matter to them most.

This new feature is easy to use!

Simply click the new “Follow” button on any discussion of interest and you’ll get a pop-up on the Notifications tab whenever there is new activity.

You’ll also be able to see a summary of your Followed discussions in the new Follow filters on the home, discussions, and profile pages.

Also just in case you caught it in the screenshot above, the ability to follow sellers and Community Manager is coming soon. Please stay tuned!

ASIN buy box got hijacked

Dear Amazon Support Team,

There are two unauthorized sellers have hijacked and using my ASIN. They're exploiting my listing by:

1. Using my ASIN ($22.99).

2. Lowering their selling prices ($13.99) to win the Buy Box.

3. Shipping a different product.

Consequently:

1. All links associated with my ASIN redirect to hijacker's Buy Box, including those on my A+ content or product search result page.

2. There is no an easy way for customers to find the authentic product from me though the entire website because my buy box is too hidden now (green arrow).

3. Buyers receive fake products from hijacker, however leaving negative reviews and harming my ASIN's rating.

Could you please explain the following issues with my ASIN:

1. Why are my product posts in the product search page displaying the hijacker's low selling prices instead of mine?

2. How did the links in my A+ content become redirected to the hijackers' Buy Box?

3. Why are customers able to leave reviews on my ASIN after purchasing the fake products from the hijackers?

4. If Amazon doesn't stop the hijackers from selling my ASIN despite my report (Complaint ID: 17203576431), what alternative steps can I take to remove them? Would recreating the listing be the only solution, or are there other options available as I don't want to waste my one-year hard works or lost all the good reviews?

Where did USPS Ground Advantage / UPS Ground Saver go?

Like the title says, I have stuff that is due to ship by tomorrow and arrive by 25th to FL. I don't get the option for UPS Ground Saver or USPS Ground Advantage shipping from NY. Even if they are padding storm it doesn't take that long to get a package from NY to FL, that I can't use Ground Advantage,,,

Dear Amazon Team,

We are reaching out to seek urgent guidance and support regarding the recent compliance issues raised for our dietary supplement products. Specifically, 25 of our products have been flagged for not meeting FDA labeling requirements, as determined by Amazon. The primary concern appears to be related to the accuracy and presentation of the botanical extract per serving on our product labels.

We understand that labeling for botanical extracts must adhere to the criteria outlined in 21 CFR 101.36 and/or USP <565>. However, despite our best efforts to comply with these regulations, we are facing significant challenges in addressing the concerns raised.

Here’s a summary of the steps we have taken so far:

1. We initially provided images of our product labels as requested by Amazon Seller Support.

2. We subsequently submitted documentation, including our NSF Certificate of Analysis (COA) and other materials, to validate the accuracy of our supplement facts.

3. We were then informed that the weight of the capsule must be included on the front label, even though both the extract and weight are clearly described in the supplement facts section.

While we are willing to update our labels to include the capsule weight on the front, it has become clear that modifying the labels alone will not resolve the complaint or lead to reinstatement of our products. Additionally, there appears to be no clear path for appeal or resolution after making such updates. This lack of clarity and guidance has left us in a precarious position, with no actionable steps to move forward.

We have consulted with an FDA labeling expert who reviewed all our labels and confirmed that they meet regulatory requirements. Despite this, we are unable to find a resolution within Amazon’s framework, and the enforcement of this rule without prior warning has had a severe impact on our business operations.

We kindly request:

1. Clarification on how we can resolve this issue and reinstate our products.

2. Confirmation of whether updating the front label with the capsule weight will address the compliance concerns.

3. Assistance in identifying a clear path for appeal or resolution if further actions are required on our part.

This situation has placed immense strain on our business, and without a viable solution, it could lead to devastating financial consequences for our company. We sincerely hope the Amazon Team can provide guidance and support to help us navigate this process effectively.

Amazon delisted a product -- Flower Poppy Iceland 200 Non-GMO, Heirloom Seeds for the weight and not an approved brand.

They said it weighed over one pound so I was not allowed to sell it. I responded that it weighs less than .02 pounds. It is an approved poppy and sent a link showing other sellers selling the same thing.

We have been selling this since 2015 and now there is a problem with it??

They responded that in order to sell seeds I have to be a US resident. (this is interesting because there are lots of sellers on Amazon selling seeds who are not US residents. They may have a US address but they nor their products are from the US. How can you tell? The prices. This is a dead give away.)

I responded that I am a US resident. I have been for the last 65 years.

They responded that the picture is wrong. Even though the current picture has been there for 10 years, I replaced it.

During this process they told me to call them. I did. Only the CSA did not take their phone off mute. It is an old call center trick. After about 4 minutes they hung up on me. They called me back. But they still did not take the phone off mute.

They left an email stating the original problem.

How can they expect me to fix an issue when they have no clue what the issue is?

pesticide claim bots and I never get a human.

The Amazon BOTs are out of control. We sell an irrigation valve that specifically prevents contaminating of the drinking water system, and Amazon is telling us to remove the word “anti- contaminate”. But that’s it’s only purpose, that’s what it does.

It’s as if I was selling white paint and they’re telling us to list it without using the word white, doesn’t that make any sense?

Ask ChatGPT “does an Anti-Siphon Valve prevent contaminate the water system?”

Every time we attempt to communicate with Amazon the reply we receive in an obvious BOT, and frankly Amazons over use of the BOTs is offensive, disrespectful and completely insulting to their sellers. We make a good effort to provide the requested information and then Amazon sends a cut and paste BOT reply. How sad is that? Why are they so discourteous that they can’t have a real, English speaking human deal with our concerns?

I have spent more than an hour to provide Amazon the information, and each time the BOT replies…. It’s sad…. Human on one side, BOT on the other, how will we ever communicate properly?

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with TAX ID verification under the Inform Consumer Verification process. The problem is that I am unable to select the country where my TAX ID is registered. The system has automatically assigned a country, and since the field is locked, I have no option to change it.

I opened a case with Amazon Seller Support on January 3rd regarding this issue, but to this day, they have not resolved it. I keep receiving the same response, asking me to wait, but no progress has been made.

Meanwhile, new products have arrived at Amazon FBA warehouses, and I have a balance in my account. However, since the verification process is incomplete, my U.S. store has been deactivated, preventing me from operating my business.

I would appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Hello sellers,

I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed with Amazon’s unjust and completely baseless decision to permanently shut down my seller account before I even had the chance to sell a single product.

Like many new sellers, I followed all the required steps:

Registered a legitimate U.S. business

Waited months to receive an EIN

Opened a business bank account

Successfully passed Amazon’s initial verification

Applied for a trademark for my brand

I was so excited to finally launch my business on Amazon, but then came the video verification nightmare. It felt less like a normal verification process and more like an interrogation with unexpected, unrelated questions. After that, I received the dreaded email:

“After reviewing the information from your virtual identity verification, we believe or our controls identify that your account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. As a result, your account will not be reactivated.”

WHAT?! I’ve never even listed a product, let alone engaged in fraud. I have NO history of previous Amazon accounts, and everything I submitted was 100% legitimate. But Amazon refuses to provide any real explanation or evidence—just a cold, copy-paste rejection.

Amazon, why are you treating honest new sellers like criminals? How can anyone trust this platform when accounts are being deactivated and accused without evidence, without transparency, and without a chance to prove otherwise?

I have requested a full investigation into who made this reckless decision, but no real response. Is this happening to other new sellers? How do we fight back against these wrongful accusations?

Has anyone else gone through this? Any advice on what steps to take next?
