I’m a brand-registered seller and created the ASIN in question myself. Someone else is now listing a completely different product under my branded ASIN — not just a variation, but a different size, shape, lower quality, and missing the branded cards that are an integral part of the listing.
I submitted a detailed complaint through Brand Registry, including a test purchase, photos, and full documentation — and got a response saying no violation was found. I’ve tried Seller Support too. Same result: nothing.
Meanwhile:
My genuine product is getting poor feedback
Sales have dropped, because the hijacker's knockoff is cheaper
I have no control over my own branded listing
Honestly, this might be the straw that breaks the camel’s back in terms of staying on Amazon. What’s the point of Brand Registry if it doesn’t protect your listings or your reputation — even when you do everything by the book?
I would truly appreciate if someone from Amazon could step in and help resolve this. If there’s another process I need to follow, I’m more than happy to do it — but right now, it feels like I’m shouting into the void.
Hello @Seller_efjiuP0g26Cbr,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to assist. Seems like there is a lot going on so I would like to start with reviewing what you have already submitted so I can get a better sense of what is going on and identify some potential next steps for you.
You mentioned submitting a detailed complaint through Brand Registry. Please, can you provide that complaint ID here? I should be able to pull all the relevant information there.
Looking forward to assisting further.
Best, Dougal
