I AM DESPERATE - I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN AUTHORITY. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

My current shipment - FBA18TYKV7BX was sent to AWD on 2/10 and after 6 weeks I am notified that 1/3 of the shipment is lost/stolen. I have another shipment - FBA18V2FSMNX which is currently missing 2/3 of its units and due to close on 4/5, which is a combined loss of and entire shipment of 150 units. I have 2 other shipments of 250 units each en-route to AWD as I write

FBA18TYKV7BX is the 20th shipment to have suffered losses in 36 months totaling at least 1059 units LOST/STOLEN, of which over 700 units are accountable for in the last 10 months alone.

Its getting worse and worse as time progresses. What product eventually gets through is now used for back orders, with my PDP continually showing 1 or 5 left in stock before quickly becoming "Currently Unavailable", or Unsearchable altogether. This has now become the cycle I am tied into and it is literally killing my business.

I noticed recently that my product has been tagged as "Amazon's Choice". I obviously cannot reap any benefits from this as my product keeps going dark.

There is an obvious pattern here and nothing I do to try and safeguard my shipments helps. I continually reach out to support and get none. My tickets are either ignored entirely, responded with script generated response that have absolutely nothing with my issue and concern. If I ever get the option to phone someone, I am either hung up on, transferred into oblivion, or told any number of stories about someone calling me back - who never, ever does.

The simple fact of the matter is it's self-evident that what is happening is bordering on criminal activity. This activity is apparently going on unchecked at Amazon facilities and transcends any internal policies by breaking the law

So, I ask again - I AM DESPERATE - I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN AUTHORITY.

Three of the shipments you highlighted are AWD shipments, and I asked our AWD partner team to review them:

  • FBA18TYKV7BX: our partner team is investigating this shipment and will follow up in Case 17509819301 when more information is available.
  • FBA18V2FSMNX: This shipment will be eligible for investigation on Apr 6, 2025. If there are still issues once it is eligible for investigation, please open a case to begin that investigation.
  • FBA18T5BX149: You received an update on this shipment in Case 17445807461. The shipment has been received, processed, and added to your inventory.

The other shipments are not AWD but the team reviewed them and was not able to see any active discrepancy issues. The shipments show that all units have been received, and in some cases I was able to see that reimbursements were issued following an investigation.
