ASIN: B0BZWNXBNX is simply a baby water wipe designed for sensitive skin. However, it is currently not appearing in Amazon search results because it has been flagged under the Adult classification. I cannot understand how this product could possibly be flagged as an Adult product—it is just a simple baby wipe!

Is there someone who can help resolve this issue?

The ASIN is B0BZWNXBNX

I Have Not Received A Payment
by Seller_Z1tsU7bGwXNpH
Amazon replied

Hello It has been a over a month and 3 payment settlements have went by and I have yet to receive anything. I have reached out to support but I think I am speaking to an AI or something because they kept saying things that did not make any sense and then went into something I knew nothing about with a product. I just want to know when I will be paid out as I cannot by my inventory or shipping material without money. I see money in my reserve but I am not getting any of it. My account is healthy and nothing is wrong. Even where it says I had a net amount when there was something there it would decrease every time I got an order all the way down to $0. I am confused on how this is going and need someone to explain this to me or look into my issue. Please see case id: 16855252961 Thank you for your time.

I am facing a challenging situation and would greatly appreciate any advice or insights from the community. My business has recently entered into an agreement with a brand that has authorized us to sell their products on Amazon. Based on this partnership, I have invested in a significant amount of inventory, ready to be listed and sold on the platform.

However, when attempting to list these products, I encountered the following message from Amazon:

"To maintain a safe and trustworthy shopping experience, certain products cannot be listed or sold on Amazon or may be subject to additional requirements because of supply chain authenticity risks. Your account does not currently meet the criteria required to list these products due to account metrics, distribution pathways of the brand, or other factors. We are currently not accepting applications to sell these items. We will not be able to provide any further information regarding your application. If your account becomes eligible to sell this product, you will see 'Apply to sell' next to the product in the 'Add products' feature in Seller Central."

This restriction has put me in a difficult position, as I am now sitting on a large quantity of stock that I cannot sell on Amazon, despite having the brand's explicit approval. The inability to list these products not only affects my business financially but also strains my relationship with the brand, as selling on Amazon was a crucial part of our agreement.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to effectively communicate with Amazon to overcome these listing restrictions. Has anyone faced a similar situation where they had a brand's approval but were still prevented from selling on Amazon? If so, how did you navigate this issue and successfully list your products?

Are vine reviewers paid actors from Big Brands?
by Seller_CzZkpuusSvLKn

How is it possible for reviewers to leave a negative reviews when they clearly didn't look at what they where buying? Or is it that another company paid them to right a product review? It's impossible for a real reviewer to have left this review if they received the product, read the product title, looked at the product picture, watched the product video, read the product description. Below is what was written. Unbelievable I paid for this review and this person got one of my products for free. This is the real Joke. The other joke is i sold over 600 pieces since august 28th and have only 21 reviews and 5 of those are vine reviews.

Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product( What's this? )

This is a smaller diameter than the MagSafe magnet, so it won't center itself on my iPhone, and the magnetic draw isn't strong enough to hold onto the phone confidently... and certainly not with a case on the phone. Complete waste of money.

I honestly feel so defeated right now.
by Seller_hbynGKJGCyHyV
in group

As a seller on Amazon, it often feels like they don’t care about us at all. The constant changes, the lack of support, and the feeling that everything is out of our control is really getting to me. I’m at the point where I just feel like crying because no matter how much effort I put in, it doesn’t seem to make a difference. I know I’m not alone in this, but it’s hard not to feel like Amazon is working against us rather than with us. Anyone else feeling this way?"

Vine review
by Seller_9GSAlokLSwbzs
in group

case id 16899116741

I am writing to bring your attention to a 2-star Amazon Vine review on our product name MEGA PATCH ASIN B0DJLBJFT4. I believe this review violates Amazon’s Vine Program guidelines and community review policies. Its content, associated with the trusted Amazon Vine tag, is vague, unsupported, and potentially misleading to customers.

The credibility of this reviewer's writing style is also in question. As a seller I don't see him doing vine reviews for many other products.

Below are the specific reasons I believe the review should be reconsidered for removal:

Review Details

Rating: 2 Stars

Review Title: "They don't do anything"

Review Body:

"Tried these out on a couple of pimples, hoping they would work like all the other pimple patches, reducing pain/irritation and shrinking them over time so I didn't have to pop them, aaaand they kind of made them worse. They didn't disappear, the pain got worse, and kind of just made the area soggy. Would not purchase again."

Reviewer Name:

David J

ASIN: B0DJLBJFT4

Reasons for Policy Violation

Subjective and Unsupported Claims:

The reviewer states that the product "made the area soggy" and "kind of made them worse" without providing any factual or detailed feedback about their experience.

Amazon Vine reviews are intended to be insightful, constructive, and helpful for other shoppers. This review falls short of those standards, offering little actionable information while potentially confusing or misleading future buyers. Also creating a biased judgement on the product

Potential Misuse of the Product:

The review does not specify whether the product was used in line with the clear instructions provided.

The Mega Patch is explicitly designed for clean, dry skin and is most effective on whiteheads or pimples with visible heads. Improper use or applying the product to incompatible skin conditions could lead to the described experience, which is not a reflection of the product’s actual quality or effectiveness.

Misrepresentation of Product Performance:

The broad statement that the product “doesn’t do anything” directly contradicts both the product’s scientifically-backed formulation and positive feedback from many other customers.

This misrepresentation can unfairly deter potential buyers and tarnish the brand’s credibility despite the product’s proven benefits.

Vague and Unhelpful Feedback:

Phrases such as "kind of made them worse" and "kind of made the area soggy" lack clarity and fail to provide meaningful insights for other shoppers.

The Vine Program encourages detailed, informative reviews that allow customers to make well-informed purchasing decisions. This review fails to meet that expectation, offering no constructive critique or suggestions for improvement.

Impact of the Amazon Vine Tag on My Brand

As a small business, I rely on customer trust to maintain a positive brand reputation. Reviews tagged with the Amazon Vine badge are given higher credibility by customers due to their association with Amazon’s trusted program. This review’s vague, unsupported, and potentially misleading content could:

Unfairly dissuade potential buyers, creating unwarranted doubts about the product’s effectiveness.

Erode trust in the Amazon Vine Program by promoting non constructive feedback as credible.

Damage my brand’s reputation, as the Vine tag adds undue weight to an otherwise unsupported and unhelpful critique.

Please consider my request as brand owner and partner seller at amazon.

Brand Registry - can not access our Storefront
by Seller_ZciP72UwlNf6c
in group

When I try to access through Stores in the side menu, I land on information about Brand Registry instead of landing on a choice to edit our store or to see data about our store. When I try to access the Brand, I land on a page that says there are no brands associated with my account. This just happened.

We have a Brand waiver.

Before I submit a ticket, is this a result of reclassification? Did I miss an email or announcement?

Account deactivated since March 2024
by Seller_Q8yTlVF1WL4A6
Amazon replied

My account has been deactivated since March 2024 ( apparently it has been used for "deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity" per them). I have tried multiple times to appeal, with no success. All I Am told is- We don't have enough information to remove the violation at this time. Am in the same loop- inventory cannot be removed because account is deactivated, Amazon won't reactivate my account and keeps charging me storage fee. At this point, I have given up all hope and am ready to just let Amazon keep/dispose my inventory and stop all storage charges. Does anybody know how long will Amazon keep charging me these storage fee? Is there a stated policy on this- how long will I be charged? I Really wish Amazon could be more helpful and tell us what they need exactly, and which piece of information they don't have or have doubts about. Thanks,
