Hello It has been a over a month and 3 payment settlements have went by and I have yet to receive anything. I have reached out to support but I think I am speaking to an AI or something because they kept saying things that did not make any sense and then went into something I knew nothing about with a product. I just want to know when I will be paid out as I cannot by my inventory or shipping material without money. I see money in my reserve but I am not getting any of it. My account is healthy and nothing is wrong. Even where it says I had a net amount when there was something there it would decrease every time I got an order all the way down to $0.
