So I tried to resolve with Amazon customer care but let me say it need massive improvement!!1 Anyways, I have Amazon seller account but have not listed any item yet. Somehow I received an email from Amazon, complaint about my listing! I was surprised so then I tried to deny it but there is NO option for it. My only options were either to acknowledge it OR acknowledge with documents. There was no other option where I could send my concern that I didn't even list this product so what complaint are you talking about??? Now, I am so tried of it that I was like ok I will acknowledge it and move on to work on my business. Now I have a list of violation to accept it otherwise it won't even let me submit that I acknowledge. I am not sure if I am making sense but at this forum looks like there are a lot of people facing similar issues. How can I resolve?

Brand Registry- PLEASE HELP

We have been rejected 2 times for our Brand Registry. I have resent an appeal submission so this will be my 3rd attempted.

The registered business name and business identifier (for example: tax ID number or business ID number) is error message we keep receiving.

Please Help.

Long story short.... I have been selling on amazon for 5 ish years. No issues. I was notified awhile ago that I needed to provide information to be in compliance with the INFORM act. I did that. Seller Dashboard says that it has been accepted. Time goes by. In October of this year I am all of the sudden charged $430. I call to figure out what is going on and I see that my account has been deactivated. When it was deactivated my inventory went in to stranded mode. Due to that, it triggered the destruction of my inventory and the $430 charge was the fee for inventory destruction. The reason my account was deactivated? Failure to comply with the INFORM act. I tell them that I did everything required. The helpful customer service agent went through my seller dashboard and noticed that it was saying in the system that I had submitted all the paperwork, and when she went to a screen past that she wasn't able to click a button and there was some sort of error. She said that she would look into it. A few weeks go by and in the meantime my account is restored and magically, I am now in compliance with the INFORM act!!!! I did not submit any more paperwork in the meantime. This proves that there was some sort of error on amazons end. They are still giving me the run around and saying that I cannot be refunded. I have escalated the case a number of times, and keep getting stonewalled. Should I get my lawyer involved? My bank is now contacting them to dispute the charge. What else should I do? This is ridiculous.

I am not able to accept brand registry invitations because it keeps saying Invalid Charge Method. However, I am able to access my own brand registry. I had a capital one card as my billing card which has always worked fine and now I updated it to a Visa credit card. Same issue still. I also have no invoices due. How can I fix this?

I shipped about 11 pallets of goods, basically my holiday stock to AWD the HESPERIA CA facility and it's now been 4 weeks of it sitting there. Is there any action that can be done to speed this up cause im going to run out of inventory in just a couple weeks at this point

Deferred transactions has to be Illegal

This has to be illegal to a certain extent. Keeping sellers money on hold sometimes for 30 days?

Or until the buyer oks everything? What has Amazon turned into? Holding sellers money so they can

use it as they need it. I am a 17 year seller, never had a rolling reserve ever, recently they put my account

on a rolling reserve due to having my account on vacation mode like once in 17 years. No help from mods

or Amazon as to why. Then all of sudden I get financing emails to get my money. Haha. Get lost.

Now deferred transactions piling up. Amazon has turned into a Mob boss holding everyones money hostage.

17 years and I now have a rolling reserve for no reason at all. What a crock of crap.

Non-expirable product stuck as expirable

I've been trying to create an AWD order for my trash bag product, however I am unable to due to this issue. My non-expirable product is stuck as expirable. I never filled this out as an expirable product, and I am unable to even see this attribute in the detail page.

I've tried uploading a flat file to correct this, but it doesn't seem to be working. I've reached out to support multiple times for this, but get the typical copied/pasted response. The latest ticket has been idle over a day.

I'm really hoping to get this solved, as I can't create an inward order or even send the shipping marks to my supplier. They are really trying to get these goods out of their warehouse.

Is there another way to correct this? I feel like the flat file was my last resort :(

Recently I've been tasked to start selling our products on Amazon but upon doing so, it has come to my attention that a lot of our products already have an ASIN created and are being sold by other brands using OUR brand name in their brand title. This makes it so I am unable to list that ASIN. I have reported numerous violations but am getting those denied and no one from Amazon is providing me any assistance. Does anyone have any resources or advice that they would be willing to share? Our company wants to list 200+ products, so you would think that Amazon would find value in helping me out.

Negative Seller Feedback Actually Product Review

Good Morning,

I received feedback for an item which was a product review (complaining the item doesn't come with a manual). The item isn't supposed to come with a manual and isn't advertised to have one, so that is supposed to be a product review and has nothing to do with me as the seller.

I opened a case but it was automatically denied by the bots. If a mod can please review this and remove it I would greatly appreciate it. Case ID 16579073001
