Now Brands Can Direct Buyers to purchase OFF Amazon?

How is this true?

I did a search as a buyer of a particular brand and just a few items down in the search I was shown the first screen shot. It was hyperlinked to direct me to the brand's retail website. Um this is now allowed?...at a significant price I'm sure.

As a 3P seller, what does this mean if you sell a brand on Amazon if the Brand owner can now direct buyers off Amazon? The second screen shot is after clicking the “Learn More” link. Additionally, I noticed this is in Beta status, so I guess we should buckle-up?

Hi Amazon,

Last time I request information of why my account was not reactivated it, was because the Amazon team couldn't reach the supplier.

I have provided the supplier contact information on my appeal and also access to my account in the supplier account so Amazon can verify my orders from them.

Can you guide my and provide information on how to reactivate my account ?

Issue with books catalog

thousands of asins are not creating a listing when add a product. The books catalog has shown to be throwing backend gating/errors for the past month and seller support is, as usual, helpless and clueless. We can attach thousands of ASINS as necessary to help resolve the case.

Is anyone else having a similar experience with about 5-10% of the books catalog not properly mapping to skus? Would those users provide any relevant data to assist? Thank you

URGENT: COMPLIANCE REVIEW DELAY

We have submitted our compliance documents and it has been over 35 days since and we are not getting any response regarding this matter aside from "The issue has been escalated, please wait for their response".

Our FBA inventory are stranded and we have over 800 units available in AWD. Our product is already enrolled and approved in Brand Registry. If anyone from the Amazon Compliance team is reading this please do check on the status of ASIN B07F3S1L3K. The lack in urgency and proper information is very concerning. We are racking up storage fees and our account health and IPI score are greatly affected all because of the lack of urgency.

We need an update regarding this matter ASAP.

FBA Shipment Receiving Delays at TMB8

FBA Shipment ID FBA18MKV094W to TMB8, the shipment 18 cartons was delivered on January 8. Unfortunately, the shipment has yet to be received by TMB8. The shipment is eligible for reconciliation on April 23.

I have opened a case for this issue (Case ID 17172398761). I submitted Proof of Delivery and Packing Slip, unfortunately, opening a case with seller support is an exercise in futility as seller support is only capable of sending boiler plate responses that essentially tell you to sit tight and be patient until investigation eligibility date is reached. Given that my options are nonexistent, I’m hoping that a Seller Forums Mod might be able to step in and pull some strings on this one.

About one of my products being overcharged by 6000$

Two months ago, the delivery fee for my product inexplicably increased

When I checked the size of the product, I found that it was not the actual size of my product at all

I submitted an application for retesting, but the result I got is still the wrong value, with no change at all (I even suspect that the Amazon warehouse did not retest and directly moved the wrong value from the backend)

Due to incorrect and false values obtained from two retests, my product delivery fee has increased to 14-15$

And it turns out he only needs 8-9$

Two months later, in mid February 2025, I finally got a new opportunity for retesting and everything seemed to go smoothly

After waiting for about a week, I received an email reply stating whether the measured data had not changed or the values were incorrect

I immediately contacted customer service again

According to customer service inquiries, the wrong size is still being used in the backend: 16.340 x 13.500 x 8.459 in

However, through his inquiry, the correct and accurate product size has been obtained from this retest: 15.50 in * 9.50 in * 7.25 in 5.06LBS

The obtained time is February 20th, 2025

This size was actually measured by an Amazon warehouse located at 800 North 75th Ave, Phoenix,AZ)

The current situation still raises doubts

Why has the warehouse already obtained the correct and authentic product size, and why is Amazon's backend still the wrong size?

This means that I will be charged an extra $6.11 by Amazon for every order I place!

I have opened several cases but still cannot solve them

I dare not even think about the compensation I deserve, because even the delivery fee is not charged according to the real situation...

I hope to receive official attention from Amazon!

My Inform act is done and should be done and has been done and then with no notice now it says Pending verification (for days) with threats my account will be closed. No way to fix it, upload data, change info, etc. And no fix.

It seems like this is a bug you've talked about on the forums but why hasn't there been any official announcements? And why is it so hard for your coders to fix this?? It's unbelievable
