Two months ago, the delivery fee for my product inexplicably increased

Due to incorrect and false values obtained from two retests, my product delivery fee has increased to 14-15$

Two months later, in mid February 2025, I finally got a new opportunity for retesting and everything seemed to go smoothly
After waiting for about a week, I received an email reply stating whether the measured data had not changed or the values were incorrect
I immediately contacted customer service again
According to customer service inquiries, the wrong size is still being used in the backend: 16.340 x 13.500 x 8.459 in
However, through his inquiry, the correct and accurate product size has been obtained from this retest: 15.50 in * 9.50 in * 7.25 in 5.06LBS
The obtained time is February 20th, 2025
This size was actually measured by an Amazon warehouse located at 800 North 75th Ave, Phoenix,AZ)
The current situation still raises doubts
Why has the warehouse already obtained the correct and authentic product size, and why is Amazon's backend still the wrong size?
This means that I will be charged an extra $6.11 by Amazon for every order I place!
I have opened several cases but still cannot solve them
I dare not even think about the compensation I deserve, because even the delivery fee is not charged according to the real situation...
