account is at risk of deactivation?

We were informed about our account at risked of deactivation for a product that we sold out three months prior of receiving the warning. The product was even deleted from our listing. WE have been sending picture of the product and links which shows the complete ingredient list, which prove the product was natural and no hydroquinone on its ingredients. We don't understand why would we be at risk when the product at question was no longer part of our inventory months before the issue. And we have been cooperative in providing information about the legitimacy of a product we no longer sell. Need assistance on this issue as we keep on getting denied on our appeal/dispute even though we keep on sending them on all requested documents.

Amazon has a long memory and records of everything that you ever sold or even listed but didn't sell.

There have been posts by sellers that got suspended for having listed unauthorized items that never sold YEARS previously.

"we keep on sending them on all requested documents."

There was a recent MOD post mentioning that unless NEW information is included any future appeals are now (apparently) automatically rejected. They have trained their BOTS to recognize identical posts apparently!

You will need to include some NEW information to have a chance.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent restricted product issue that you have encountered with your listings. I understand that our team has concerns regarding the ingredients that are present in one of the product you were selling which is causing increasing frustration as you mention having deleted the product prior to receiving the violations.

Generally, if the product was listed, our team will consider any violation valid, even if it is no longer in your inventory. I do want to further review to better understand what is occurring for this product, so would you be able to share more regarding the specific policy and product that is needing to be addressed. Is the 'hydroquinone' the main concern with the product being listed?

You mention having attempted to submit pictures for review, but these are still coming back with a rejection. I do want to better understand so I will ask that you share any case details or other type messaging you may have received so I can review and determine what information or steps may be required.

Best,

Atlas
