Read onlyThis situation has been going on for almost 3 months. We were victims of fraud. It was discovered that a reputable, big company, who sells labels and stickers was hacked and that my account information was stolen and used. Therefore we lost thousands of dollars. I had to open new bank accounts which Amazon has constantly rejected. I even got a letter from my bank account manager, but it did not help.
I have open 4 cases but nothing seems to work. We are a small incense maker and need to money to pay our bills and to order raw materials to survive. No one seems to care at Amazon.
We are desperate!!
I don't get it. Used for what? What does a printing company have to do with your bank?
