I've just made my first listing since the listing changes were made to Handmade. Something new, for me at least, is my brand name appearing at the beginning of the title. Is this something mandatory or something I can change? I don't know if I want this or not.

If a customer is looking at a page of search results, do they see my brand name + title?

Every time I go to read the sellers' forum, 90% of the messages I read are negative. They cover all kinds of things, all negative; customer service, logistics problems, problems with refunds, drastic decrease in sales for several sellers. Well, anyway, all kinds of things. I'm new to this whole E-commerce thing, I've just started my business, so I'd like those of you who have been selling here on Amazon and/or other platforms for years to tell me if it's a good idea to start a business on Amazon right now, or if it's better to start on another platform.

I'll take advantage of this post to raise some other doubts I have, mainly when it comes to searching for a product.

Do you search for products through Hilum 10 or do you use some other program to do this task?

Did you create the brand based on this product that you found in these programs and you think it is a good business idea or did you already have a brand before starting in the world of Amazon and e-commerce in general? Amazon helped you promote your brand?

I have many questions floating around in my head, but right now I can only think of these. I'm sure you'll hear from me again in these forums in a few days hahaha. Thank you all in advance for taking the time to answer my questions. I wholeheartedly wish you all that this year you explode in sales and that you all meet your goals.

My account was suspended due to account linkage. I have submitted supporting documents to clarify the differences between my account and the linked entity. However, I have not received any explanation for the rejection of my submission, despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone for a review. I kindly request further assistance in resolving this issue.

Not sure if it's just my luck but for 2 orders, seems USPS labels purchased through Amazon have been recycled for items (not mine) that were delivered some time ago in the recent past. Going to assume I'm out of luck on getting a refund because they show as delivered by USPS.

All of my listings are inactive because I didn’t reply to an email from Amazon about sending information about my handmade process. I missed the email because I was sick. I reached out to find out how to fix everything and got a “canned” response. I even tried removing attributes related to items being handmade, but I cannot figure out how to do that. All of my items are handmade or altered by me, so this is so annoying. Please help!

Already waiting for 13 days, Bank Account Verification still is In Progress!! BUT Assign default deposit method show Verified!!!

Submitted all the documents like bank account statement, bank account certificate according to the Amazon requirements still they did not sync the bank account!

My account has been deactivated because of this thing. we can not request payment! it seriously affect the normal operation of the store, No funds to purchase!!

We have been waiting for the Tax information(in proces) to update over 6 days. When we entered the tax information page, it says that Your tax information has been validated successfully. But still nothing has been updated and the Yellow banner Your account is at risk of deactivation is still there. We contacted the customer service many times and they told me to wait for it to go to the update.

Hi everyone,

I’ve been dealing with an issue on Amazon for over a month now. Amazon flagged my account due to a tax info mismatch, and despite submitting the requested details, they emailed me saying it doesn’t match IRS records. I’ve contacted Account Health support multiple times, but I’m told the internal team is still working on it with no resolution yet.

I’m reaching out to seek advice on how to resolve an issue regarding brand misuse on Amazon.eg.

Our company sells household products, including Floating Shelves, exclusively on Amazon US. However, we recently discovered that some sellers on Amazon.eg are "piggybacking" on our brand by claiming to sell our Floating Shelves, despite not being authorized sellers.

This has led to negative customer reviews under the product listing on Amazon.eg, which is affecting our brand’s reputation.

I’d appreciate any guidance from the community or Amazon team on how to:

1. Report these unauthorized listings and have them removed.
2. Address the negative reviews caused by non-genuine products.
3. Ensure this brand misuse doesn’t continue moving forward.

We’re part of Brand Registry, so I’m wondering if the Report a Violation (RAV) tool would be the best route, or if there’s a more effective approach for cross-marketplace issues like this.
