All of my listings are inactive because I didn’t reply to an email from Amazon about sending information about my handmade process. I missed the email because I was sick. I reached out to find out how to fix everything and got a “canned” response. I even tried removing attributes related to items being handmade, but I cannot figure out how to do that. All of my items are handmade or altered by me, so this is so annoying. Please help!

Did the original email give you a list of questions to answer? Answer them all. Provide as much detail as possible. If you provide videos, know that you can only attach 10mb to an email to Amazon, so you will have to use software or an online converter to make your video files smaller.
