Please help! The tax information in process
We have been waiting for the Tax information(in proces) to update over 6 days. When we entered the tax information page, it says that Your tax information has been validated successfully. But still nothing has been updated and the Yellow banner Your account is at risk of deactivation is still there. We contacted the customer service many times and they told me to wait for it to go to the update.
And now We're terrified that the account will be deactivated. Please help Case ID: 17226341311
