I don't understand why I don't receive Feedback like all the other sellers

Can someone help me with this big doubt that I have regarding the total Feedback received in a calendar year. I'm using Highfive Feedback program to help me request Feedback from customers. But in 12 months I shipped around 4,000 orders after receiving only 33 Feedback, including 9 negative and 4 neutral. With these data my Feedback rating went to 3.8 stars. Very bad for the work that we are doing. I even have a satisfied customer with the product who admits to having sent a feedback but I never received it. I don't want there to be a problem in the system, it seems strange to me that the other 3,967 orders didn't try to leave it.

Many sellers, myself included, report even lower feedback rates than you are getting. Last time I ran the numbers, I average about 1 feedback for every 220-240 orders. Most Amazon buyers never even think about leaving feedback.

It's normal your feedback is 0.825% - Mine is 0.833 % In general feedback usually given around 0.8-1% Luckily you can get 2-3%

This isn't a rarity at all. We've been on Amazon for almost 25 years and only have a handful of feedback at best. Most Amazon buyers are buying from Amazon out of quick convenience because they don't want to take any time to get what they need. Once they get what they want they forget about leaving feedback unless they have a bad experience. It really sucks. Leaving feedback should be something commonly done with every order.

Sadly, that's a common experience among sellers. Amazon should either make feedback less relevant, tying it with a publicly displayed performance metric like successful order %, or they should really incentivize feedback, like they do on the bay. Sadly, they will likely do neither.

Back in 2014-2015 I received 200 feedbacks/year. Now it's only 30/year.

We get about 1 feedback for every 400 to 600 orders. Depending on the season and what is selling. It is different for each market.

And as a general rule unhappy customers will always leave feedback. An angry person will tell the entire world how angry they are. They will scream it from the rooftops. A happy customer will say nothing. They will place the order, receive the package and go about their life never saying anything (in most cases).

Take or leave my advice.. But if I were you I would NOT be sending messages to customers asking for feedback. I've been selling here for 23 years. In the past I learned that that did not work out well for me. A happy customer will just delete the reminder message. That rare unhappy customer who forgot to tell the world how unhappy they are will now leave a negative.

Also, most customers place a LOT of orders. They may mistake you for another order. You may get an undeserved negative because the customer forgot who they were actually angry with. It has happened.

Feedback is designed by Amazon to harm small business that is fact! In last month week 5 feedback 2 were negative and issues were Amazon charged customer return shipping on an No Longer needed and other was shipped during weather event and customer did not like item had protective tape on items packaging where it may cack during shipping so of course now we see buy box down 14% sales drop to almost nothing big middle finger to Amazon!

Retaliation during slow times Amazon harms sellers is we continue to rebuild our ebay business after all but stopping ebay 3 years ago because we were so busy with Amazon now every sale somewhere else puts a smile on your face as you know that is a little less revenue Amazon is sukking off of your business!

BUT IT STILL COMES DOWN TO AMAZON MANIPULATION WRONGFULLY HARMING YOUR BUSINESS!
