Can the additional trademarks added to our brand in the Brand Registry be recognized under the main trademark? For example, if the first trademark added was the brand name, can the subsequent trademarks for each product name also be recognized under the main trademark? If not, how does Amazon recognize if a product name trademark is owned by the brand and avoid getting flagged for trademark misuse?
If the U.S. trademark associated with my brand is removed, but my brand still has trademarks in the UK and the EU, can my products on the U.S. site continue to use this brand?

Managing Listings Across Marketplaces
We have been facing an issue with listing management under our global account, where each marketplace has its own Token ID. When we create or modify a listing in one marketplace, only that specific Token ID retains modification rights for that ASIN. If we need to update the ASIN in another marketplace, we are blocked from making changes unless we go through Amazon support.

As a seller. Are we held responsible for trademark infringement on listings if:
1. We did not create the listing.
2. We are not brand registered and not supplying content.

We have two trademarks with very similar names. Amazon seems to have rejected one of them as "too similar to another existing trademark," but we do own both and they are properly registered with the USTPO. Is there a way to speak to someone in Brand Registry who can walk me through how to properly ensure our Brand Registry is set up correctly? My cases keep getting closed without any actual resolution to my issues.
We have multiple listings that were created before we were brand-registered. As a result, the brand associated with the listing is a truncated version of our whole brand name. For example, if our brand registry name is "Amazing Products USA" but the listings were originally created under the brand name "Amazing Products", when we attempt to update the listings, we are getting an error that says our brand names do not match. Since we used the actual UPC of the product for one of the listings, we don't have a great option for making new listings without purchasing new UPCs, but we also have not been able to get the brand name updated to match our brand registry. In this scenario, what is the proper way to either have our existing listings updated or create new listings without having to purchase new UPCs for every listing?
I am thinking about the brand registry but whats the advantage do i have by doing this ? except A+ content
As i constantly seeing the people complaining about the un-authorized sellers on their listing, what are the extra steps that i can take to prevent that from happening ?

Hi There! We've been trying to apply for brand registry for over a year and keep getting denied. I had an agent who was helping us for the first year, and he has since said he is no longer able to help us. No one is getting back to me on why we are being denied and how we can fix this despite numerous appeals. I need someone to call me and help me get this resolved.

My trademark that I registered on Amazon is being used by other sellers without permission and this situation has been causing my brand great financial and moral losses for months. I request that these sellers be removed from my product listings immediately. At first, the relevant personnel rejected my request saying that it was not appropriate, but later I made the same request through 'escalate an infringment'. This time, they gave me an 'automatic answer' saying that the classes I registered my trademark in were wrong. I said that I believed the classes I registered were correct and asked if these classes were wrong, could you tell me the correct class. But they gave me the same automatic answer again. In other words,
'The items you reported do not correspond to the registration classes of your trademark'
While I thought that Amazon would protect my brand better by selling with my trademark, on the contrary, many sellers have entered my product listings created with my trademark and caused me great harm and are still causing me harm.
Please, I urgently need help with this issue.
