Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone here has been in my shoes and can help! Last year, Amazon unexpectedly changed my product’s category to something completely unrelated. I immediately tried to get it corrected, but after countless messages to Seller Support, I got nowhere.

I even deleted and relisted the ASINs to see if that would reset the category – no luck there, either. Eventually, I tried to adapt and work with the new category, but after a year, it’s clear that my products are just not reaching the right audience.

Recently, I resubmitted a change request with clear evidence, showing that competitors' products are in the correct category, and I laid out why my product belongs there, too. But despite all this, Seller Support still won’t budge.

Has anyone successfully managed to get a category corrected? If so, how did you do it? Any advice would be hugely appreciated – I’m at my wits’ end here.

Some of my products have been classified as children's toys, and I learned that it is necessary to upload files for Amazon's review. Therefore, I uploaded the CPC certificate and report of the products. It has been two months now, and the certificates and reports I submitted have not been reviewed yet. Do you have any good solutions?

I hope someone can help me take a look at these cases.

Why is the CPC review so slow now? We have been waiting for a long time, and this product has arrived at Amazon's warehouse for a month. Due to their low efficiency, my product cannot be sold.! It's really too slow

Our product ASIN suddenly couldn't be searched for all keywords last week. Our listing is a best-selling product that ranked in the top three keywords before 10.25, but now we can't find it anymore. We can only find our listing through advertisements

Why do products approved by Amazon turn out to be defective?

In the past two days, I found that both of my products were marked as defective products for no reason.

After verification, both of the above two products passed the button battery compliance in early October, but after complaints, Amazon has reviewed and approved and allowed the above products to be sold on Amazon. Is it because of compliance?

In addition, we downloaded the detailed inventory ledger of two products for nearly one month, and when we did the reason for the defective selection, we found that the reason was code P. According to the Amazon policy, the reasons P represents include product damage in the Amazon operation center, the reduction of damaged inventory level caused by the carrier, and the reduction of expired inventory level. This is clearly not our cause. So now how do we restore our product? Who is the reason?

Item not returned, customer won a-z claim

Customer used the item for 2 months, wanted to return, we agreed, but she never returned, instead she filed this A-to-Z claim, and she won. So I started my appealing, the team sent me an email said customer has returned the item, the tracking number is 279570734110 by FedEx. However, this is the tracking number that we used to ship order from our warehouse to customer's address, the destination is customer's home, with delivery photo. As we appealed further, amazon responded and said "Although we understand your position, we stand by our decision." We've created multiple help cases, they don't care though, and this is the same response we've gotten 5 times in a row.

What should we do now?

My brand is in abusive status - Please help

My account was deactivated by error . It is confirmed by the Performance team

When my account was deactivated, my brand is marked as "Abusive"

After my account is re-activated, my brand is still in Abusive status

I registered my brand in 2017 , it is the old brand registry program. It did not need trademark to enroll.

Amazon launched the new version of brand registry program in 2018, and I did not enroll the new version. So my brand is still in brand registry system but not in new brand registry program.

I think that is the reason my brand is still in abusive status after my account is re-activated

I contacted brand registry team a lot but it did not work

Case submit verification of the INFORM Consumers Act.

Hello,

I have created case id 16596832941and your team responsed "We cannot provide support on this matter because your request is not related to seller identity verification or related processes."

My account has been deactivated. I am having trouble submitting my verify identification to INFORM Consumers Act. When I click "Identify" as attached image, the system will go to page contact Amazon support team. I cannot upload documents as before.

Could you please support forwarding the "Identify" verification information to the relevant department about INFORM Consumers Act.
