IPL HAIR REMOVAL APPLICATION WONT GET ACCEPTED
Hello I am A Seller trying to get approved to sell IPL hair removal Device I have constantly sent amazon the correct information of what they need.
They First wanted me to Show all sides of the Product and All pages of the Instructions which I have done then they requested to see a FDA 510k which I have shown them the FDA 510k Is correct no mistakes and clearly supported the product that I am Selling. I have also shown the Letter and FDA Authorization of the Manufacturer for me to be able to sell this product. Amazon Overlooks this and Says that the FDA 510k doesn't match. I have contacted the Manufacturer and they say that this FDA 510k matches this product. So I have told Amazon to contact the Manufacturer and have also said that all the informationthat I gave is True but they do not believe me and want another FDA 510k what do I do. Again I provide my informmation what they need. Still, they haven't approved. I have been trying 6 months. They have not approved. Please I really need help to resolve this issue. I am really hardworking on this. Still they are not approving. Please help me what should I do with this. How i can approve this issue.
