Read onlyCase Id For Amazon Support Team: 17518012131
Hi guys, I'm in the process of launching our products on Amazon. We have been in business for 5+ years and now our listings are inactive I went to try and I got an error message that says I need to "request for approval". I then tried to request for approval and I got the following message:
We are not accepting applications to sell: Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Amazon Seller Support has been unhelpful thus far simply stating that they are not accepting applications to sell.
I would like to clarify that I am a registered brand owner and am selling this product under my brand in New condition. Given this, I should be eligible to list and sell this product. Kindly escalate my case to the relevant team for review and resolution. I appreciate your assistance in fixing this issue as soon as possible.
Looking forward to your prompt response

I have discussed with seller Support, they are unable to identify the root cause just getting same responds I hope you will fix it.
@Manny_AmazonAre you able to assist me with this issue please. We are lost and stuck. Please help!!
What exactly are you selling? Are you selling another brand under your brand name?
Is this a human ingestible product?
If so, there's your root cause.
What does being a brand owner have to do with it? They have a policy and they think your product is subject to the policy.
Has your product been misclassified, and it's not something people put in their mouths?
"Not Accepting Applications to Sell."
There have been MULTIPLE posts by sellers facing the same issue.
AMAZON made a determination that they are not allowing any listings in the category and it doesn't matter if it is FBA or FBM.
There have been a couple of cases reported where long time, experienced sellers HAVE been able to call on their SAS representatives to be allowed to add new ASINs but those are few and far between.
I have not seen a general news announcement about the ban, but there have been posts by several MODS stating that it is in place and not likely to change in the near future.
