We're looking to use AWD for the holiday season, but have a few questions below.

• Does the storage cost for AWD decrease as we continue to sell in that month?

• Do we use our own carrier or do they provide carrier service?

• Do we ship the full floor loaded (meaning full container no pallet) to AWD from port? Or do we have to palletize it before shipping to AWD?

• Can they unload container? If so, do they charge fees to unload a container? We need to know if AWD can receive a floor loaded container/trailer before we can decide how to ship our inventory.

I'm sending a shipment to AWD as SPD. Our product are packed in a full container, could I deliver this full container to Amazon or do I must break up the shipment first?

Also I don't see FCL option anywhere, only SPD and LTL/FTL.
