Amazon Compliance Issues — Ongoing Since January
I wanted to share my ongoing challenges with Amazon regarding product compliance, in the hope of both gaining clarity and helping others avoid similar frustration, and maybe even some resolution on this from Amazon....
Since January, I have been facing continuous rejections from Amazon Compliance despite providing fully valid documentation, including:
• A legitimate Test Report and CPC from a regulated, CPSIA-listed laboratory, fully in line with Amazon’s stated requirements.
• Initially, Amazon rejected this report, forcing me to pay again for re-testing — a significant, unexpected cost.
• After that, my product labelling compliance was rejected. However, following resubmission, this was later accepted by Amazon.
More recently, the situation worsened:
• My test report has been rejected again — this time citing that my product contains stacking cups.
• After thoroughly reviewing Amazon’s own compliance guidelines, no further testing is required beyond the tests I have already completed and submitted.
• To make matters worse, my latest appeal, where I once again supplied all valid documents, has been rejected without any explanation or guidance.
This is incredibly frustrating — without clear reasons or instructions, how can any seller resolve compliance issues?
Meanwhile, my stock is stuck in Amazon AWD and cannot be sold, causing ongoing disruption to my business.
For reference, here are the Case IDs involved: 17562314501, 17545199491, 17507097881, 17369886221, 16998132281, 16993226311
I’ve done everything by the book, responded promptly at every step, and provided everything requested — but still, I’m at a loss as to how to resolve this.
If anyone has faced similar challenges or has advice on escalation routes, I would greatly appreciate your insights, but ultimately I request Amazon to look into this and resolve ASAP...
