Seller account suddenly reactivated after 9 months of being shut

My seller account was deactivated in July 2024, and I was asked to show that we have permission to use the Alice in Wonderalnd name in one particular ASIN. We design and manufacture our own brand of products using public domain images and stories. We dont present our products as being related or from the trademark owner.
Despite submitting numerous appeals to show that we didn’t violate any amazon policy and only used the name as a descriptive as per Amazon’s trademark policy, we were unable to get our account reactivated. Even the legal advice that we sought confirmed that we didn’t not violate any policy, account health was unable to help us at all. I even flagged this issue with the mods here and they couldn’t help
I finally gave up trying to appeal the deactivation by November 2024.
Surprisingly, after 9 months of account suspension, we get an email yesterday to say our account is now back up and running. Im sure this is due to some internal audit in Amazon account health, as too many appeals were getting auto rejected or not looked at by a qualified team
Sadly while my account was deactivated, thousands of units in FBA were categorized as unfulfillable and sent back to our return address. The units were perfectly fine to sell.
Here is the post that details why my account was shut:

Their attorneys finally woke up from a long nap and found out that Alice's Adventures in Wonderland is in the public domain.
Amazon moves at the speed of a snail stuck in Gorilla Glue.
Congratulations on at least getting the items back!

Wow, congratulations. Hopefully you plan to delete the listing that caused this and sell that item somewhere else.

Please understand that I am not judging.
If the normal process with Amazon does not work, then Amazon allows Arbitration as defined in section 18 of the ABSA.

When Amazon is losing longtime 3PL sellers, they need to dig deep, to refill.
Just be warned, these are different times. Meaning, you can lose everything, trying to do business on Amazon's platform.
