I am writing to follow up regarding the funds held in my seller account. My account was deactivated on March 16, 2023 due to a related accounts issue, which was linked to a friend’s account. After submitting multiple appeals and continuously cooperating with Amazon, my account was finally reactivated on March 4, 2025.
I appreciate the reinstatement, as it confirms that my account is now in good standing and eligible to operate. However, despite this reactivation, I have still not received the $4,454.40 that was held in my account during the suspension period.
Since my reactivation, I have opened several cases to request a review and release of these funds. Unfortunately, I have only received general responses and been told repeatedly that my case is being transferred to the relevant team, but there has been no clear resolution or timeline for the release of my balance.
I respectfully request the following:
- A clear explanation why the funds disbursement is delaying.
- Confirmation of the funds will be disbursed now that the account is fully reactivated and compliant.
- If not, I kindly ask for specific reasons and any necessary steps I can take to appeal this decision further.
I have always acted in good faith and complied with Amazon’s policies. I hope my case can now be fairly reviewed, especially in light of the account’s current active status.
