During the holiday season (Nov 2024 –Jan 2025), we lost over 7,500 packages shipped via FBM through Veeqo using UPS and USPS. Labels were created, products were shipped, but customers never received them—tracking shows they were never even scanned into the system. Vanished into thin air.
When we filed claims, UPS and USPS said they never billed us for those labels. Now, we're stuck with a massive $200K loss—covering shipping label costs, lost products, and customer refunds. On top of that, our ODR took a hit, and our account was put on hold. Somehow, we pulled through, but this was a nightmare.
