Read onlyHi Amazon Team,
PLEASE LISTEN TO ME.
I did not sell counterfeit inventory and still suffering. I bought from a distributor who is buying directly from the manufacturer. I provided Amazon with my invoices as well as my supplier's invoices but I am getting automated responses the next day that appeal isn't accepted.
Are the appeals even being read.
Can anyone please help?
Thanks,
Javier Nunez
But is that distributor authorized to distribute to RESELLERS? Or IS that distributor a retailer....
But that wasn't the question. The question is "are YOU authorized by the brand to sell on Amazon?"
And you know this how, exactly? Well enough that you're willing to bet your Amazon account on it?
But I'll take it as you're saying "NO, I do not have permission to sell this brand on Amazon".
unfortunately all you will get is an automated answer time and time again, its impossible to talk to a Human that can help.
Sourcing from an authorized distributor does not make you an authorized reseller. Being an unauthorized reseller your product can be concidered "materially different" and the counterfiet policy would apply.
Javier, I’ve been through this mess too, and what worked for me was sending everything in one clean PDF, organized and highlighted. Just tossing in the invoice won’t cut it. Here’s how I did it:
1. Open Microsoft Word and create a single cover page explaining what’s in the file. Include:
• The ASIN
• The product name
• A short note saying the documents (invoice and bank statement) prove the purchase is legit and that key info is highlighted in yellow. Save this page as a PDF.
2. Grab the invoice and bank statement (if you’ve got multiple ASINs, repeat for each). Put them in a folder:
• Invoice (showing the product name, supplier, date, and amount).
• Bank statement (showing your name, company name, payment amount, and date matching the invoice).
3. Now, combine the files (cover page, invoice, bank statement) into one PDF using iLovePDF.com. Double-check the order.
Once it’s all merged, open the PDF in a reader (like Adobe or anything with a highlight tool) and use the yellow highlighter to mark:
• On the invoice: product name, supplier name, amount, date.
• On the bank statement: your name, company name, payment amount, date.
If you have more than one ASIN, repeat: new cover page in Word, then invoice, then bank statement, highlighting everything the same way.
This makes it super easy for Amazon’s reviewer to see the purchase was legit and matches the ASIN. I did it like this, and they finally stopped with the automated replies.
