Need help for removing the review

Title of the review: Broken out of the box. Useless.
Reason for removal: This reviewer is fake, there is no any post or review in his profile. . That is highly possible to lead other customers to think negatively of our product.
This case was raised to The Amazon Services team, and The Amazon Services team said that our listings product reviews that were associated with buyers who have violated Amazon’s policies. Please help us remove the review.

It seems they removed another review "from 2025-03-23". The one we see here is dated before.
This is a Vine review and the chances that he did act maliciously are really small. What interest would he have in doing so? Don't hope that Amazon will remove it. Next time sell a better quality. Did YOU use your product for some time to verify if it's working well? Or did you just order on Ali and send to Amazon?
